Ben’s Soft Pretzels

I ordered a meal and added on a pretzel dog and the final total was $ 10.25.
The meal I ordered was a basket of pretzel sticks, dipping sauce and drink. The size of the dipping sauce was not large enough to accommodate the amount of pretzels that came in the basket, I believe it was 6 pretzel sticks. The pretzels were tasty and the high point of my trip. The size of the drink that came with the meal could of been bigger considering the price.
The Pretzel dog was greasy and left a bad hot dog aftertaste. The hot dog could of used some mustard or other condiments to help cut the strong hot dog flavor. When I return to Ben’s I will not be ordering this item again.
The workers were disorganized. The women who took my order had to stop mid-​order to reprimand the gal who was standing next to her because her hair was not pulled back enough to please the order taker. The order taker overlooked that the meal I ordered came with a dipping sauce and tried to charge me additional money for the dipping sauce.
Bottom line is I will probably go back because the pretzels are good enough to eat again. But geewhiz it is a basic bread dough, make the dipping sauce cups big enough to accommodate the order. The hotdog should come with a topping especially a ¼ pound dog, those things need help.
