Don’t waste your time! The owner, Chase cancelled the first appointment to meet with me about 30 minutes before the scheduled time. He didn’t show for the second, and didn’t answer my calls or emails. When I did get a hold of him the next day, I reluctantly gave him one more chance as he seemed to want the business. He was on time, looked over everything and said he would email me a proposal. That was over a month ago. I haven’t heard from him since.

We were very happy with our experience with Cascade, which we hired to power wash the house and windows. The owner, Chase, was very courteous and professional from the initial planning & quoting through the project’s completion, and we were billed exactly as estimated. He also made several recommendations for other services that ended up saving us quite a bit of time and money. Definitely recommended.

Contracted them out to paint the trim on our house — did a great job! Had some scheduling push backs due to the season being early and weather, which was not something anyone can control — but Chase was good about keeping me posted. Quote was reasonable and included a warranty.

We had excellent service from Chase. He was responsive and thorough from the first contact we made with him. He was highly communicative at every step. I was pleased that he provided an estimate that matched the final billing almost to the dollar. The work they did to clean very fine construction dust and regular dirt/​dust on the exterior and interior of our house was stellar. We were impressed with the speediness and professionalism of his response and the quality of the work from him and his team. We will definitely engage him again!

The owner, Chase, was quick and responsive when I asked for a quote. I found the company via the Unilocal reviews and checked out his website. Quote was reasonable; comparable to the last company we used about 2 – 3 years ago. The windows definitely needed cleaning!
He also worked with me on a scheduling request. Windows looked great, super clear, and he took the necessary time to ensure each was cleaned as well as screens and storms; sills were also wiped out. I got a few quotes from him on some possible paint jobs and crown molding since Chase also provides that. (He said he guarantees his work for two years.)
Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly guy who seems dedicated to a work ethic of excellence.

We used Cascadia after seeing their glowing reviews on Unilocal.We wanted windows washed and our deck pressure-​washed but we got so much more! The owner (Chase) did all our windows, inside and out) without a smudge. He cleaned the huge mirror in the living room and most of our screens! He pressure washed our deck, porch and gutters. He did a quality job with a great attitude and a very reasonable price. We will definitely use Cascadia again.

We were in need of windows being cleaned and had a request to get them done that week of our initial call. It was right around graduation time so schedules were full. Chase, the owner, was responsive, came and gave us a quote that day and worked his schedule to get us in on such short notice! We also were so pleased with his service, honesty and quality! He really did a great job so we hired him to do a pressure washing job for us as well. My husband is a perfectionist and he said «I only wish there would be more guys like Chase, he is such a hard worker, honest and friendly.» We have used other companies in past and Chase’s pricing is competitive and we now have found our go to guy/​company for jobs around the house! Thanks Chase you run a great business!
