Dunkin’ Donuts

If you like to have a variety of flavor choices when purchasing donuts from this dunkin donut, I advise you to get there early as towards the afternoon/​evening there are VERY few choices. The service is slow as molasses and the drive thru has messed up my order on 4 occasions. I really avoid going to this location.

Good luck getting a couple coffees without the order being completely messed up. I live a couple blocks from this dunkin and unless I really need a quick coffee I will drive to the DnD in forty fort. The Dunkin Donuts in Plymouth has the laziest, most absent minded staff of any Dunkin I have been to. Even if they remember your coffee order it will still be made incorrectly. If youre driving northbound hit the one in forty fort instead.

This is honorably the WORST Dunkin Donuts chain I’ve ever been to. Need 2 coffees and a donut? Don’t even bother going to this hell hole. Not all, but id say 80% of staff are miserable and ignorant. I’ve given this place so many chances and every time I leave disgusted with my incorrect order. Save your time, money and aggravation and go to the one on 309 in Wilkes barre for a much better experience overall.

I recently moved to Plymouth area and as such was forced to change DD. I have to say, service wise, this has to be one of the WORST restaurants in the morning to get food from if you’re in a hurry.
The first time I went here, a female staff member started taking my order hen cuts off about halfway through… then comes back a minute later and asks again if she could take my order. After I received my order (Large xxCoffee with everything bagel + cream cheese) there was barely any cream cheese on it and the bagel was cold when asked for it to be toasted.
I went back a couple times after that and then, again in the morning, I placed my order (Large xxCoffee, 3x Hasbrowns, and an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese). I received my order and the hash browns were miserably cold and the coffee top appeared to be crushed… I found this out when the coffee poured from the container all over my shirt.
A couple times later I thought, ok I’ll give this one more go as I had never had such a bad experience with a DD before. In the morning I pull up to order my meal and again am greeted «good morning may I take your order?» I ask for a xxLarge Coffee, hashbrowns… then I’m cut off «Tee Hee sorry go ahead,» calmly I ask again for the sa… «LOL, sorry (hearing banter in the background) could you repeat that please?»
It was at this point I drove fumingly away and contacted the manager and the corporate office.
If you have time to waste and are expecting very poor service, this is definitely the place for you. If you relish disrespect and incompetence, again, this is a great place.

Friendly staff, Quick to fill your order even when you order a lot of things. Rarely get an order wrong as well. Food is always fresh unless you buy late in the date, near closing, then you get the leftovers from the day’s work (the donuts that didn’t sell).
It has a nice walk-​in area with plenty of places to sit down and eat. They are good about keeping their tables clean so you don’t have to worry about having to find a clean table to eat at. Plenty of food items and drinks to order as well with great prices.
I really like this Dunkin Donuts and have been a repeat customer for years.
