My husband sent me flowers for Valentine’s Day and ordered online through FTD. There are several options of the same arrangement to choose from: good, better, best, and exquisite (which comes with a 4 piece box of truffles). With each upgrade the flowers get fuller and the arrangement bigger. He ordered the exquisite arrangement for me and had it delivered to me at work. He asked me to send him a picture and after I did he was mortified. The «exquisite» arrangement that he paid for ($ 100 +$ 20 delivery) was smaller than the arrangement they pictured as «good» (read: cheapest). The arrangement was small and the flowers scarce. There were 6 roses, 3 carnations, and some filler of small flowers and large leafs. It looked nothing like the photos and the filler flowers were cheap. The arrangement was laughable. The roses were beautiful but I honestly thought he paid about $ 30 for the whole thing. We will not order through this florist again.

After using them for years, today when I ordered a flowers to surprise my mother on her birthday they charged $ 12 delivery fee which they have never done and said because it was an «out of town» delivery. I said something and was told they could make me a cheaper arrangement to offset the fee. said no that’s ok.
They then contacted my mother to let her know about the flowers, which they had never done before either. My mom called and said thanks and that she would be getting them Saturday. I called and complained so they called her back again and apologized and explained how upset I was. I then get an awkward call from my mom saying its fine and thank you for the flowers. After all the money Ive spent over the years for funerals birthdays people in the hospital and babies they have burnt a bridge and I will have to use a corporate grocery store instead.

they made a delivery the same day within hours of a call. amazing service and flowers.
