Lately it seems that the sales people are more interested in chatting with one another than helping the customers. I was recently in the Hyannis, MA store and no one said a word to me even though I had about 10 items in my arms and obviously needed assistance. I juggled my pile and found the dressing room on my own. I would expect this at a lower end store but for the prices they charge I except more!
I find that the casual cotton tops are POOR quality. I have at least 6 tops that are now in the rag bag due to developing small holes. This has not happened with our brands (Talbots, Chico’s) so I know it is not wear and tear or laundering.
