Where do I begin? I have had my haircut here 6 – 8 times, no issues. Today I had my haircut by the young girl with the pink awful hair. I should have know as soon as I saw her, to ask for someone else. Dressed like a slob, her hair might have been the worst hair I have ever seen. It looked like she took garden shears and halloween spray paint to it. But, I thought you can’t judge a book by its cover, boy was I wrong. If your hair is pink, with an awful haircut, chances are you don’t care how good of a job you do on someone else. At first I thought this is not so bad, after I got home and showered and looked in the mirror I said, holly crap! My hair was so bad I had to shave it. I have had bad haircuts before, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. My hair was uneven, the sides had patches of long hair. This I can say is the worst haircut I have ever had, I will never go here again. To the girl with the awful pink hair, stop trying to be hip or what ever you want to call it, because it is not working for you, and its just making you look like a joke. Look around at the others you work with and take some tips or dressing /​looking professional. Time to grow up, look like an adult and take some pride in your work.

Popped in the other day for a haircut — had no idea what to expect. They do charge for everything i.e., shampoo, conditioner, etc. I was a little nervous when I walked in and there was no other customers, but needed a cut so decided to give it a try. Total cost was $ 14.95.
I have fairly short hair already, but it had been a couple months since my last cut. The stylist I had was very good. She asked me a few questions first and made sure we were on the same page as to what I wanted. She wet my hair and got to work. She did a great job and I got exactly what I wanted.
I must admit I have never been in/​out of a shop so quickly. By the time I left there were at least four other customers that appeared to be regulars.

I received the worst haircut of my life here. If I could put negative stars I would.
I’m a college age girl, and the stylist that was assigned to me was a man in his late 40’s. I’ve been trying to grow out my hair for 3 years and I told him I just needed the SLIGHTEST trim to get rid of the dead ends. He didn’t wash it or anything, just yanked a comb through it and started cutting. He parted it down the center, and I SAID, «I don’t part it like that, can I part it how I usually do?» And he refused and said it’s better to do it like this. He barely spoke the whole time and it seemed like I was inconveniencing him. I wish I didn’t tip him.
I have weird choppy layers all the way around my head and there’s really not a lot I can do to hide them. I almost started crying in the chair when he showed me his work. I’m angry and devastated and I cannot discourage coming here more.

Quick service. Good for a basic haircuts and styling. This is not going to be a Newbury Street Salon Job for $ 13.95. If you go on Wednesday there are normally discount coupons available in the local papers, etc. If you want to spend the extra few $ its worth requesting certain stylists. I normally would say ask for Terri.

Overall, the haircut was good. The service was not great, even for a salon this style, where customers are in and out so quickly. They charge extra for shampoo and conditioner, and I probably would have saved the $ 5 by washing my own hair at home had I known this. The hairdresser did not give much of a consultation, which is usually expected at a salon so that it can be communicated what the customer wants. We talked a little about how I wanted my hair done while shampooing instead, and while she was combing. The haircut was good and she did give me what I wanted. The woman at the desk who I paid seemed a little rude when the first thing she asked me was, «Do you have any coupons?». I did not, and she didn’t offer me one or anything. It was kind of awkward. I payed a total of $ 18.95 including the shampoo, so this was a pretty cheap haircut. I think the service could have improved but overall, I would go back again.
