My 17 year old son was a patient of Dr. Karam’s at MOS for wisdom teeth extraction. The office staff, dental assistants and especially Dr. Karam were extremely helpful, professional, and thorough. Excellent experience.

I worked for a Dentist for almost 17 years, until he retired. I work at the University of Michigan now and have been since 1992. I’m on long term disability following life changing injuries after a MVA ! So I guess you can say that I’m a bit more patient or understanding of wait time at a Dr. And/or Dentist appointment. Mostly because I’ve been on both sides of «the fence» so to speak. I must say though, that Ive had a major surgical procedure done by Dr. Hitchcock, and therefore, several office appts. Pre and post surgery with more to come; and I’ve never had to wait often at all! I also feel that if you are made to wait a bit longer to see a Dr./Dentist, then that Dr./Dentist must be spending time on someone else who needs his attention at that time(which can be unpredictable when emergencies come up). To me, this means that when it is my turn, he/she will then spend«quality» time with e also! I also feel that if there’s a wait sometimes at a medical or Dental office, I take this as a sign that the Dr./Dentist must be an excellent Dr. Who takes time with all of his/her patients! I just know that f I’m patient and stay calm, my turn will come nd I will get that same quality time with a most delightful, smart, I worked for a Dentist for almost 17 years, until he retired. Even emailed me back when I had a question! That’s impressive character if you ask me!

Dr. Hitchcock is very good at implants and would have gotten a 5 star ratings except the doctors seem to operate on Mountain time. It is not rare to wait as much as 2 hours to get the procedure done which might take 15 minutes to do. Take a long book that you just started.
