Terrible service. I’ve given this Wendy’s a chance a few times and it’s always been a disappointment. Food order has been wrong multiple times. I’ve even gone as far as complain once and was promised a refund and coupons in the mail and never received them. I go out of my way to different Wendy’s now

This is the grossest Wendy’s I have ever been to. If you like to hang out with flies and fruit flies this is the place to go. There are plenty both in their kitchen and in the dining room to keep you company and land on your food while you eat.
Not only are there a plethora of bugs, the food is gross and old too. The meat is overcooked and blackened with ash and old coagulated grease from them not cleaning their grill. The fries are old and soggy, stained to a deep brown color from them not changing the fry oil on schedule,

I don’t know if my taste buds are changing or what, but I ate at this Wendy’s today and was kind of grossed out by it. The chicken nuggets had a distinct mushroom taste and the quality of the tomato on the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe was poor.
I still stand by the fact that the change that Wendy’s made to their pickles was a downgrade.
I think I might be over Wendy’s in general. Just doesn’t do it for me anymore.
They get two stars because I have no complaints about the service. The girl working the register was friendly and the service was prompt. Unfortunately, good service cannot make up for the bad food.
