Inverness Gardening Svc

Ishmael and his crew have maintained our vacation home in Inverness, including installing a new septic system, tree removal, general gardening, small to intermediate construction projects and repairs for more than twenty years. They consistently do more than they contract to do for the contract price and on time. The leave the job site at the end of every day looking as if they were never there. We trust them with our home and its contents and they have never let us down. We consider Ishmael a member of our Inverness family

This is my first five star Unilocal review. but I’ve had multiple dealings with IGS and have been happy every time. Ismael (the boss) is bonded and insured (critical when you hire people to do potentially dangerous stuff), personally supervises everything his crews do, and, most imp’t, stands behind his work. On one occasion his guys installed a long water line for us. A month later our electricity shorted out. Ismael was there immediately and watched while the whole line was uncovered”: in two spots he found that the electrical line had been bruised by his workers when they plowed the water line. He smilingly paid a third party to redo the electrical (the bill was north of $ 2000).
IGS does major and minor home repairs, remodels, landscaping, etc etc. they’re a bit pricey but trustworthy. In a business filled with fly by nights, I’m happy to pay a few more dollars for that.
