Holiday Properties

The only reason I have provided 2 stars is due to the customer service I received from Allison via email prior to my trip. Photos and instructions for this rental was included for my trip but major malfunctions were left off.
My expectations of this place were too high I guess. Upon arrival our room was dirty — we had to go to the store for an hour to ensure it was clean when we got back (AFTER a 12 drive mind you)
After the mess was clean we were able to unpack and finally start our vacation. Throughout the week we found that the sinks were not in working order — clogging with a foul smell after every wash (and the instructions explained to wash the dishes when we depart?) There was a hanging electrical socket in the kitchen, no clean linens provided and the only storage we had the entire week was a small closet PACKED full of paint cans and other miscellaneous items for the property — NOT the guest.
Use your best judgement before using their services. Needless to say I felt misled.
