Two stars only for pretty good pizza. This evening we(locals) called to order a couple pizzas, when I told the young lady what we wanted I was quickly told«we’re out of that!» Followed by a voice in the background saying the same. Knowing this was my wife’s order I said I’ll call you right back… silence…click! I was hung up on! So f’n rude. We decided to go to Safeway and get a frozen pizza instead. I’m pretty sure they wanted to get out early, I’m not willing to take the chance with a disgruntled employee.

Our family loves to stop here on our way home from Tahoe. Great pizza and breadsticks.

This is the 2nd time we’ve have unsatisfactory service at this location. This is unfortunate since it’s the only pizza place in Pollock. 1) they gave our pizza away; then told me to wait for another without an apology or glass of water. 2) we picked up our pizza which was not cooked through, and seemed to have veggies mistakenly left on it. It’s sucks that they simply are not what they used to be.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we have been customers for at least 15 years, never had bad service until this week, called management and told them of our bad service and wrong order, manager on duty was playing with her cell phone, other employee watching football game, dining room was filthy, salad bar was all but empty, got our sandwiches wrong, and then it was too much to ask to have them fixed, spoke to another manager today who offered nothing to fix this, I told him well we will not be back, he said, «oh that’s too bad».

I LOVEPIZZAFACTORY, Whenever me and my boyfriend are traveling if we see a Pizza Factory we stop and eat. This one is by far the worst we’ve been to. The customer service was awful! One of the girls had a glove on and didn’t take it off when she used the register and then made orders with the same glove, it was sick. I didn’t want to stay and eat but I already paid and was starving and we were just passing through town. DONTEATHERE!!!

We pick up pizzas from here here about once a month when visiting family nearby. The pizzas are always tasty. The proportion of toppings is just right, the ingredients are fresh, and the crust is delicious.

I’m sorry, but I can’t STAND this place! Not this one nor the one in Placerville. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve EVER experienced. I had no choice but to go there when my son’s soccer team went for a post-game«party». It took almost two hours to get our medium sized pizza then. They lost our order. Understandable considering all the kids. But then it happened two more times when there weren’t any parties going on whatsoever. We called and placed a to-go order, waited 45 minutes, drove the 15 minutes to get there, and then had to wait another hour for our order to be ready! Enough time for me to drink two beers because I was so irritated. Their pizza isn’t even worth it. Get Papa Murphy’s. SO much better!

Was here for the lunch buffet. It was ok. I would of been better off driving the 10 miles to Placerville and eat at round table but, I was too lazy Variety is lacking, with only one pizza at a time on the buffet line. Food was just ok. No children in the place, but they still had really annoying cartoons on the TV, with the volume up pretty high.

Great pizza! Pepperoni & Pineapple was good. Loved the crust. Only thing is next time I will ask for the pepperoni well done: o) Car broke down in the sleet storm & the guy that worked there helped us out while the fire fighters enjoyed their dinner & then quietly departed. Interesting perspective from new transplant. Hmmm…

Have seen this place from the street and finally decided to give it a try… the pizza for lack of a better word is forgettable. I won’t say it was horrible, because it wasn’t. I also won’t say it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever tried, because it wasn’t that either. My friends and I ordered one meat and one veggie pizza and they were just OK. I really only cared for the crust. It was light and crunchy MMMM. They gave us some breadsticks for free but I’m pretty sure they only did that just to get rid of them. Now those breadsticks were horrible! Yuck! They ended up going to the deer.

Its the only pizza place in town, which is why everyone goes there Im sure. They take frickin forever and the pizza is usually reaaaaaalllllly greasy. Nothing but teen working there and it looks like they hate life.

We took home the Wednesday Special. We are new to town and used to go the Pizza Factory in Pleasant Valley for their Tuesday Special. It was a great value. Figured it would be the same in Pollock Pines. It was«Supermegafreakin» thin and dry. We always order extra sauce and this one tasted like it had almost none. I realize it was the special, but the other one you got a pizza with one topping. You knew what you were getting. There is a line between value and quality. At some point you have to stop cutting corners. For example, you can price shop for a car and buy a super cheap one, but it does have to run and you expect it to. Very disappointed and won’t return :(

The pizzas we have had from the Pizza Factory are delicious. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. Great staff. Now that my father in law has passed away, we won’t be visiting this location any more. But the Folsom store opened up, so now we can enjoy their terrific pizzas.

the only thing good here is the breadsticks… and that is only if you are eating them there. Otherewise, prices are way too high, food is too greasy, the tables and chairs are always dirty, and it takes FOREVER to get your pizza.

Don’t come here if u are in a hurry. Been here over 30 mins and pizza still not in the oven. The salad bar isn’t bad. We all got up and walked to the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. U would think if buffet starts at 11am there should be pizza ready then.
