Grimy. Went in once on our way back from Tahoe, and will avoid from this point forward. The products felt like things you’d find in a hoarder’s home – damaged, dirty, and useless. Furthermore, the store itself reeked and was not air conditioned – or even fanned – in the height of a July heat wave. We were the only customers but the employee did not even acknowledge us.

Yes! A dollar store in Pollock Pines! The fine citizens of Pollock Pines can finally save a buck in there own back yard instead of traveling all the way to Placerville to do it. The store is located in the same shopping center as Umpqa Bank right next door to Nancy’s Pet Supplies. It is a small store but it is packed full of everyday living items and some fun stuff too. This is also a great spot for campers and tourists to pick up essential items they forgot at home.
