This is by far the sllowwwest fast food restaurant I’ve been too in a long time. One car ahead of me and it took 13 minutes to get a burrito. MANAGER, train your staff !! Or District manager — replace your manager !

First time getting Taco Bell for breakfast in years and was very happy with my experience. As I pulled into the parking lot and walked up to the door, the door was opened for me and I was greeted with an enthusiastic«Good Morning!» Food was better than average, but staff made the difference in my review today. Great job and keep up the good work! Posting as I’m finishing my food in my car right now.

Their food is always good. Five stars for Dustin. He has excellent customer service. We come here regularly and service has always been mediocre until today. Great job Dustin!

I am so highly upset with the assistant manager Laura. She was RUDE and totally unexceptable tonight. I can’t believe I paid for the service I received. She she never be able to manage a service job. I wi think 1000 times before I ever go back! Suzanne

My favorite Taco Bell of all time. The food is always made fast and delicious, and the employees are always living mas in there. I used to frequent this place when I lived up there and the drive-thru guy they called«the mas man» really made each visit a truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this place if you’re hungry for something quick, cheap, and tasty in pollock.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I asked for no tomatoes & there’s tomatoes on my nachos. They ask if we want sauce and we say yea but they didn’t put any in the bag. They also forgot to put napkins in our bag. How do you get three things wrong in one order? Pathetic.

I stopped here Saturday on my way to Carson city. Not by choice it was the last fast food drive thru on 50. The tacos tasted funny but I was hungry so I ate em. My mistake paid for it later. The empanadas were cold and very small. Not really appealing. I try not to frequent taco bell and next time I’m driving through. I think I will pass on this one.

AWFUL!!! The management is totally clueless, and the staff don’t even try to do their jobs. Don’t waste your money, good food is right across the street… If you are looking for good taco bell, don’t go here. They give you like 3 chunks of meat in anything you order, and mess up the rest. the only safe thing to order is a drink… and even then it is mostly ice. So disappointed about our last 2 visits… they are the only drive-thru in Pollock, so it’s pretty much the only place you can go if you have to feed your family in a hurry or for cheap. I would say, if you absolutely have to have food this quick, the dumpster is probably going to make you happier. If you can scrounge up a few more bucks, and time, go ANYWHERE else!

Agree with most here… even if you really like Taco Bell, my experience has been that with this particular franchisee, you have less than a 50⁄50 chance of getting hot food that is thrown together in a manner you may be used to. I have to admit becoming fond of burrito supremes in my younger days… I think I have had two from this location that had any resemblance to those. This out of way too many tries.

My order is always wrong one way or the other… The drive through takes longer than going inside(even when there is absolutely no other customer there) and the only good thing is the people who work there. they are nice… would be 1 star if it wasnt for the people who work there.

!!! Attention owner of this location!!! Your restaurant SUCKS… BADLY! It’s my mission in life to let people know about it, until it gets fixed. Let’s forget the filthy restrooms, dirty dining room, unmotivated employees and the creepy neck-tattooed parking lot lice always hanging out in front of the building… why don’t you just start with something that’s easily fixed, like the perpetually broken soda machine? For the love of God, it dispenses a vile concoction of undrinkable, toilet water and dish soap EACHANDEVERYBLEEDIN’ TIME I’VEEVERVISITEDYOURRESTAURANT!!! When I inform your ill-trained employees about it, they say«The syrup(or CO2) is new» and simply pass the crap out the window. On my last visit, we ordered Dr. Pepper, and it was repulsive. Not fit for human consumption. I told them the drinks were unacceptable and asked for Pepsi instead. I tried to give the drinks back through the window, but they reported they«weren’t allowed» to take them back. Huh? So, we wound up fumbling around and trying to manage four soft drinks, as well as our food in the car. I should have thrown them at the front of your restaurant as a form of protest. Avoid this location at all costs. Horrible.

This is not a Taco Bell Express but a full service Taco Bell. It is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been a customer of. They continually short items from orders and mess up items they do give you. I have been shorted more often than not, and it seems as this may be store policy to cut costs. The last time I was shorted, I went into get the item and the response was, «Oh, what did we miss this time.» When I informed them what it was,(a special order item mind you and hard to miss accidentally), they stated, «Is that it, only one thing.» There is also the time that when I got home, none of the items had any lettuce. How do you serve a taco or tostada with no lettuce. I called the store and they informed me that they were out and they had hung a sign on the drive through and I must have missed it. This store is adjacent to a Safeway with a large produce section, by the way. I called their local franchisee, Gold Country Foods Inc., to discuss the no lettuce debacle and was encouraged when I received a call back from their CEO or CFO, I don’t recall exactly. He informed me that they own many stores and the Pollock Pines store is constantly having problems. He acknowledged we had spoken before and was happy I had decided to give them another chance. He wasn’t happy about the state of the store and ensured me that they were addressing it immediately. He said he would follow up with me in a week or so and that they would refund my money for the purchase with no lettuce. That was three weeks ago. I am unsure why I thought it was just a local problem when it is now evident that this is policy sent down from this office to its stores and he had no intention of addressing my situation. I don’t know why I believed this would be handled in the first place. There is little competition in Pollock Pines, which is why this store gets away with this. Another local merchant told me once that while the tourists were certainly important, he couldn’t survive without the local people. If this store would just provide a good product, perhaps the locals would frequent more often and the obvious cuts to save money, wouldn’t be necessary. Shame on me, I suppose for going to the well once too often. Oh, and they are always out of green sauce about an hour before they close, because they can’t be bothered to make more.

gross. Search google for«taco bell» and«pollock pines.» An employee has a blog up … You may, or may believe the blog is real — but it does give me pause …

This Taco Bell has always been there for me. Back when I went ‘wheeling on the Rubicon for Memorial Day weekend, to gambling trips, to recent snow adventures, This Taco Bell has been the bell weather for me and my trips. It is much easier to eat a burrito on the go, and the close supermarket, gas station, and starbucks means this is a one stop for the final push home or into Tahoe. The food is the standard stuff you get anywhere, but I’ve been to this Taco Bell more than any other location.

Yes, I needed a pit stop on the way up to Tahoe, the bathrooms are a bit grungy and smelly and remember to pull up on the door handle to let you in the women’s restroom. But in a pinch, a bathroom is a bathroom. My friend wanted a small burrito but the cashier insisted the grande burrito was bigger and a better deal, the cashier looked like he knew all about grande burritos! hahaha
