On our way to Indiana in our 40 foot RV lost engine power and had to exit highway. So thankful we pulled off at this exit because we immediately saw the sign for Craig Hipps Towing and repair so pulled in. Talked to Duncan and told him what had happened and he said it sounded like a turbo boot problem. He immediately took a look in the engine bay and sure enough a clamp had come off. He and another fellow got to work on finding the appropriate clamp and had it back together in short order and the charge was very reasonable. Needless to say we were very happy the problem could be fixed and that they took the time to help us get back under way. Thanks for saving the day for us.

It was 4:45 pm on a Friday afternoon on I-26, and my car began to make ominous noises. Fortunately, I was able to exit immediately and find a convenience store, where a nice local lady pointed out Craig Hipp’s repair and towing service just a ways behind the store. Traveling alone and stranded in a rural area with the weekend looming, many places could have and would have over-charged me. They were so reasonable here, however, that I gave them more than I was charged(I’m not going to say how little that was), and I was back on I-26 by 5:15 pm. This was the most pleasant car repair experience I’ve ever had. Thanks!
