Absolutely no integrity or professionalism at this store. I was given a specific date and time for them to deliver a leased fridge. I live two miles from their location and they failed to deliver that entire day and failed to keep me properly informed that they wouldn’t make it. My frustrations were rudely brushed aside by their general manager, Jerome Toledo. He’s eager to collect my money and personal information, but when it comes to his own end of the deal I’m met with no response. Not only will I never refer anyone to this Aaron’s, I strongly dissuade anyone from using their services here.
