I was able to try some of their cheese the other day. It was fantastic! I am Italian(despite my last name), and I know good Italian food and cheese. The fresh mozzarella was so creamy and had an incredible taste. No need to add salt it was perfect on its own. The burrata was incredible. A little good olive oil on it and some fresh Italian bread… Wow. I am craving more for breakfast right now as I write this…

For the most part we love your burrata. When this product is fresh, it is as close to Italian as you can get. That being said, we have noticed a certain bitterness in some of their burrata product from time to time. it appears when it gets within 2 – 3 days of expiration, it is almost inedible. Possible manufacturer quality control issue???

I agree with Kerin’s review, «your life will never be the same». I tried the Burrata Alla Panna at work. However, the way I like to eat it is on a toast with a slice of honeycomb, and it is just as good sweet as it is savory! I was very happy to learn that Whole Foods sell it. Saves me a trip to Pomona :)

I was at Whole Foods and the Burrata Alla Panna was on sale so I picked it up. A women walked by me and whispered, «Your life will never be the same.» I was intrigued. I came home, sliced some fresh tomatoes, sprinkled them with sea salt, some fresh basil and splash of extra virgin olive oil and pour the mixture over the Burrata. Pure heaven. I mean amazing. The cheese is the best cheese I have ever had and I am a cheese gal! I have never tasted anything so amazing in my 49 years on the planet. I have now repeated the experience weekly for the past several months. The same quality and experience every time. It is worthy of this post. Find the Burrata and truly live your life!

After discovering burrata at Per Se Ive been on the lookout for this delicate treat. Recently being at a wine tasting party, Di Stefano was served. Oh my. A beautiful cheese. laced with some fresh olive oil. I know this stuff is not good for you but it sure is tasty. Creamy and rich you have to check yourself to make sure you’ve not eaten a pound of the stuff before you even blink.
