Joseph from First Integrated security is as AWESOME and awesome gets! We have a security system in our house, installed by the original home owner in the 1980s. The owners lost the manual and deactivation code, and alarm keeps going off whenever we open the balcony door. Since nobody could figure out what kind of alarm system it was, there was nothing that could be done.
Joseph researched and found the manual and the maker of the ancient alarm system. He had the alarm company call me to help reset the code. All other normal companies would have to come out to the house to do this, and charge top dollar for the trip. However, Joseph did this all over the phone and didn’t charge. Joseph is truly a good and honest guy who wants to help people. It was great he was able to figure out what to do for us.
