Staff of Dr. Gard very rude and unprofessional. You just lost another patient and will be losing more because of your attitudes. All of his staff should be replaced with caring and professional staff.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DON’T GETSURGERYFROMTHISSOCALLEDSURGEON and their horrible office staff. Where do I start? Let’s begin with the most important: the surgery. I was supposed to get laparoscopic double hernia surgery and a lymph node removed for a biopsy. When I woke, I was in extreme pain because he sliced me open, not laparoscopic. The doctor left without giving directions for the nurse so I was there an additional 4 hours, in extreme pain. I was not given a brace for hernia surgeries and THEREWASNODRESSINGONOPENWOUNDS. Secondly, the pain medication he prescribed might as well been for a minor headache. I was told to go to emergency room if pain increased. If he would have actually stayed after the surgery, he would have known nothing was working. Third, it’s been 3 weeks and they won’t give me biopsy results. Nice! I get wait until my next appointment if I have cancer. Lastly, the office staff: pathetic. They were asked on numerous occasions to fax paperwork back to my work for my leave and failed in many occasions. Don’t expect to be treated with dignity or respect while you are at they office… you are just a body with $. Expect to wait 2 hours for upon arriving to your appointment because the surgeon has to meet with a pharmaceutical rep. Priorities, right? I have had surgery before and was never mistreated and pushed away as I was with«Dr.» GARG. I hope that this whole office examines the way they practice because you are dealing with people’s lives.

This is an update, I had surgery it went off without a problem. Virtually no pain afterwards, some tenderness and soreness but almost nonexistent pain. Took pain meds twice and a couple of Tylenol. I walked ½ mile the following day to take my son to school, without much difficulty, thank you. I am pleased with my experience with Dr. Garg, he listened to my concerns developed a plan. He was polite and professional. The office was immaculate. The receptionist was polite, and gave clear direction. I was able to see him fairly quickly.

Let me start off by saying that I had a very BADEXPERIENCE! The receptionist are VERYRUDE and unprofessional. I had to call the office 4 times in one day. The first time I called I was left on hold for 11 minutes and 7 seconds(I know the exact time because I took a screenshot before I hung up). I called right back and someone picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. I called right back after that and was placed on hold again for 14 minutes and 2 seconds without anyone coming back on the line to check on me or give me an update on why I was on hold so long. I called back and waited another 7 minutes plus to finally get some answers. I had to give to give my social security number to one of the reps on more than one occasion when calling in because they could find my paperwork. I also had one of the reps talk over me on top of giving me false information. Once arriving to my appointment I waited over an hour and ½. When walking to the counter to see how long it was going to take the receptionist said I still had 4 people ahead of me so I finally left. When looking online I also saw a lot of bad reviews about the doctor and his reps. I will not be going back to Vinod K. Garg, M.D. office.
