IHOP

This ihop is relatively new. Everything is good the waitresses are nice, the food is good just like everywhere else. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because they are so SLOW. I mean I’ve gone on the weekday, I’m taking about a Tuesday morning when it’s super empty, I get seated right away but the food takes forever to arrive. It’s usually not a big deal since I’m chatting with my gf but if you’re in a hurry this is not the place to come. Other than that everything is great.

I will never take my family here again. No one offered us drinks when we sat down and no one ever came back to take our order. This was not during the busy breakfast rush either, all the tables around us were empty. We got up and went to the register and asked the manager for a number to call and file a complaint. She didn’t say a word to us, no smile, no ‘Is there anything I can help you with?’…NOTHING. She turned and grabbed a piece of paper and wrote the number for me and handed it to me without saying a word still. Not sure I can mention the managers name here, but we were there on June 4^th around lunch time. I’m not sure who trains these IHOP associates, but they just lost a family of five who tips well. I will always go out of my way to go to San Dimas IHOP.

Great service. Mi famili love to coming here for breakfast. And I love the service everything and everybody is super happy to assist you. And all ways check if you ned something or you ok. I recommend everyone to visit this location. …

Food is always delicious and fast.
Service is always great too.
Oh and kids eat free after 4pm.

My mother and I came here to get breakfast today. Got Marlene as our server, she was Great. Always checking on us, food was great as well. Over all we are extremely happy that we came here :) Thank you Marlene

Great breakfast spot, wait time was about the time we expected for a Friday morning around 10 am.
I ordered the Double Dipped Brioche French Toast (was fantastic, by the way) and a breakfast combo that came with eggs and bacon and sausage for 9.99, great stuff, lemme tell you. Would’ve been 5 stars but the eggs were very watery and the hash browns were pretty cold. All in all though, pretty good. Would come back.

Admittedly, those commercials got me in!
Double dipped French toast: banana, peanut butter & chocolate (2stack $ 4) great price the combo w/​bacon & eggs only $ 6.99! But, it was surprisingly disappointing (hubby says terrible) I say disappointing. It looked good, consisted of all of my favorite things and I didn’t like it at all.
Hubby got the 2÷2÷2 breakfast bacon, eggs& pancakes. Pancakes were perfect, bacon & eggs were both slightly under cooked.

Don’t come here!!! So I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast. I asked for the steak to be medium rare and it came out raw. So they took it back brought me a new steak that was well done. At this point I am like whatever I’ll eat the thin sorry excuse for a t-​bone. First bite was the most disgusting steak I have ever had I spit it out… Hash browns were blah no flavor at all but by this point I was to disgusted to keep eating… FYI: I paid for the meal I am not looking for freebies but disgusting never never again…
Service was ok but food disgusting!

So I received a a treat from IHOP, like a gift certificate for 2 meals (me and 1 guest) including drinks. This never happened to me for a long time so I was excited specially cause my wedding anniversary is around the corner. To cut the story short, my husband and I enjoyed this treat with our usual fave. Went there early morning so people are just starting to come in so we were seated right away. We gave our orders, got our drinks and our meals followed through. Tiffany was serving us and she was quick to offer refills and follow up if we are doing ok or if we need something. Over all, place is clean, ambience is just right, few minutes from home and friendly staffs. What more can I ask but be thankful. So, thank you IHOP. Till next time– big group meal, maybe.

First time at this location, there was a bit of a wait but nothing too crazy. Once at the table, our waitress Genesis was super attentive and friendly. The food came out fast, especially for how full the place was. Will be back again.

I love I hop breakfast. I always get french toast or a Belgium waffle with bacon and eggs and so far they have not dissapointed me

The food was as delicious as it is at every other location but this location gets a 5 star today because of our server Genesis who was very sweet, attentive and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were happy and loved our food. Wish there were servers like her everywhere!

Usually come to this location because it’s close to my house and always have a warming experience. I’ve been needing to write my Unilocal so here it is.
With my experience there was no wait at 8 am
–Table was clean (except my spoon)
–Our server Marlene (I may have misspelled?) was great she did everything I feel a server should be doing. Our order was spot on correct, and she checked on us in timely manners and was polite and nice.
I usually feel that the severs are all pretty much welcoming and all which is why I kinda felt I needed to thank them for their hard work and efforts.
I always use my Unilocal check in for –5 off of 20 $ bill but this time I couldn’t because Mellory (not Marlene) had the biggest attitude helping us pay for our bill. I didn’t even have a chance to ask for our –5 she was so rude. Slamming her hands on our receipt and swiping her card all hard and fast. (ok I recognize these things because I’m in a similar business where I know u don’t need to swipe the card that hard and to prove my point she had to do it several times because she was doing it to fast it couldn’t read her card bc she was either frustrated or just annoyed)
In my opinion that isn’t right. If you’re having a bad morning because you’re busy at work in which you decide to work at that isn’t our (customers) problem and we don’t deserve you’re unprofessional child like attitudes. I understand you maybe low staff or «busy» but come on.

this is one of the but best IHOP ever! if you think it is big inside it also has a mass of outdoor seating area that is covered with heaters and fans. It is always busy and full, but no more than a 20 minute wait on Sunday mornings. The staff has this down to a science where you can sit and relax and enjoy your meal but no one waits too long to get served or get a table.

First thing I noticed was that the utensils weren’t cleaner thoroughly; that is a pet peeve of mines but food was good for a what it is. Customer service was alright.

Pillip steaks burger with soup are great too
Besides, my kids love their strawberry French toast much.

This review is really based on the false advertising from IHOP. Everyone gets the coupons that say ‘buy one get one free’. Guess what, it is an extremely misleading coupon and statement.
The reason why? You have to buy two beverages. Guess how much they cost? $ 2.89 for a soda and $ 3.19 for a cup of Coffee. What the heck???
Add the two together you are basically still paying for your food and not really saving much and are absolutely not getting the ‘true’ buy one get one free as advertised. Shame on you IHOP for misleading information.

I love IHOP.
Came to eat with three other friends since we were craving IHOP and it was the mid points of where we lived. We had a late lunch and was able to get a seat immediately.
The waitress was nice and loves to chat. We had her at the table telling us about her experience working there. It gave me new appreciation to them serving my hot plate of food.
I ordered my usual Belgian Waffle Combo and the quality was up to par. Place got isolated so fast and we notice that by 2pm, we were the last of two tables left.
I wouldn’t mind coming back here again if i need my IHop again.

Ordered the value meal with a stack of two specialty pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and two strips of bacon. It was about $ 6. I got the dulce de leche pancakes. It was very good, but very unhealthy. Very sweet too, if you like that kind of thing.
This location is very clean, quiet and friendly. The waitress was very nice. My water was filled up regularly and she frequently checked on us. Good, standard place to have breakfast.
Bottom line:
I liked this IHOP. No complaints. Wouldn’t mind coming here again, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.
