While Image Workshop offers a variety of services, usually at a decent price, their customer service is very poor and the owner has a tendency of being rude and disrespectful to his customers.
There have been several occasions where he has insulted my father, who continues to do business with him. There was one occasion where the owner decided to change a policy last minute, without legal documentation or any type of contract or detailed paperwork., trying to extract money upfront without any work done (mind you, as aforementioned, my father being a long-​time customer with him)…
He has a high employee turn around. There is always a new/​different graphic artist, which changes the consistency and quality of his design and work.
I would personally not recommend this company, as there are many other options in the area which offer more consistent product and design, as well as offer higher customer service.

Great prices for great quality! I would highly recommend if you are on a tight budget.

I was doing a community service fundraiser recently and was urgent in need for a vinyl banner for my event on the weekend. Image Workshop was the closest print shop in my area and I have might as well give it a try. Their service was quick, professional, and they knew exactly what I wanted after my brief description of the banner. This is of course with a few emails back and forth. Overall, their prints were lower then other places I’ve quoted.
The owner was nice and advised me that he usually charge extra for rushed services but he would waive it since it was for a good cause. The Banner was in my hands right before the weekend! The quality was Excellent and the banner was nicely trimmed and sewed, not your average crappy banner. This banner seems like it could last at least a few years.
I believe they also make business cards, posters, decals, etc. I would definitely come back again if I ever need any printing needs in the area!
