Ironcide offers training in the gym as well as virtual programming for those who live too far to make it in. The workouts are customized to your needs and Priscilla really knows her stuff. She takes the time to listen to her clients and is serious about pushing them to meet their goals. From tracking your macro nutrients to that extra set of encouragement for that last push up, she is your go to girl. Anyone is lucky to work with her and this business. I see a lot of growth coming up for Ironcide and strong client retention. This isn’t just any gym where you jump from trainer to trainer and get pressured to buy packages, this is true CRM with passion behind the trainer and her beliefs. Her process DOES work, and you would be crazy not to give it a try! One of my favorite things about her methods is that she does not like to let clients use the word «cheat» in their meal plans. She strays from any negative connotation and genuinely wants the clients to feel good and motivated about their progress throughout the challenges of meal plans and work outs.

if you are looking for a place with a skilled trainer who can address your needs in order to improve your health, fitness and looks, i highly recommend this micro gym. your workouts will be intense, but productive. the gym has all of the equipment you need for your training purposes set in a historic packing house environment. you won’t be disappointed. highly recommended!
