if there was a negative start this shop would have earned it! My mower was there for a week before i had to call them. My quote to fix the mower was extremely high so I decided to go and pick it up. Once I got there the mower had a box full of the parts they took out. In order to put them back together there was an addition fee besides the $ 15 you originally left. This is not mentioned to you when you drop off. Basically, your almost forced to have it fixed with them. When I looked at the quote, there was a lot of charges they had listed; they were charging you to replace anything they had to touch while seeking for the problem whether it needed them or not. I feel they were not being honest when they tell you what is really wrong they are just trying to make a lot of money off of you if you let them. Don’t go here for repairs as you will regret it. The owners are very rude, broken english and obviously the customer service is bad. STAY AWAY!

These guys are awful. They are unprofessional and just don’t care. I brought in a lawnmower that someone gave me. The lawnmower had only been used a few times, but had not been stayed for 3 years. I needed it somewhat fast. I dropped it off and called a week and a half later. They tell me, oh we haven’t looked at it yet. I told them to stop and I’ll pick it up. Then they tell me. We looked at it, but we’re still working on it. Any mechanic would know that it just needs the carborator to be looked at, but I’m not a mechanic. I normally go to a place on Garey and Arrow hwy, but they close the last sat of each month. I didn’t find out until its too late. They are much better, called Yoshi lawnmower.

Husqvarna lists them as authorized service center but they won’t work on my leaf blower thats only a year old. Doesn’t speak english either. Avoid.

If you need to find parts for the gardening supplies, this is one of the places that has it. Service is slow, but not surprise about it. But parking sometimes get hectic because it’s a street parking.
