NEVER EVER go there! There is a lady there who is very rude. I walked in and they just stood there not saying anything until finally she walked up and said «Can I help you» as if I am bothering her. I told her I needed a door window replaced. All she could say is that they needed to order it because it is illegal for regular glass to be put on a door. I did not really understand because the door is inside the house. I said can you come and see the door in my van and she rudely said no. I walked out because I have never been treated like that before. They made me feel I was bothering them. I went to College Glass in Montclair and told them what I needed. He was kind enough to explain why I needed tempered glass and fixed it right on the spot instead of being so rude about it. I live in one of the historic neighborhoods in Pomona and my new project is replacing all 35 windows in my house. Guess who I am going to? Not Nagco glass! They don’t seem to welcome people who are giving them business. I am sorry I stepped in there. Don’t ever go there. There are much more friendlier places. Even the window place on Holt before the 71 freeway are really nice also.
