Great Place and local for us, they have good prices and helpful staff who even give you a reminder call for the rent. I would and do recommend this place to all my friends.

If i could give ZERO stars I would. This place use to be American self storage (which is STILL ON the voice mail when you call) and has within the last year been changed to pomona 71 and it’s the worst business decision ever. Since this change I’ve gotten MULTIPLE calls and threatening letters saying my payments were late because they wouldn’t get their sh*t together (for lack of a better term). The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. Noone her seems to be professionally educated in ANY way seeing as how the SMALLEST situations turn into the biggest headaches. I’ve only dealt with one person who was great and that is Candace. These problems are repetitive and it’s literally taken me 7 phone calls for them to switch my payment method… SEVEN that is obsurd. Trust me don’t waste ur time here, go anywhere else but here
