Serna’s Relocation Systems

I was very impress with the move they were very professional and the cost was under the quote. This is the second time that i have use Mayflower and am very happy with them.

My company manufactures electronic video billboards. They are 7′ tall, 6′ wide, heavy, hard to handle, fragile, and very expensive. For 10 years we shipped our own fixtures in our company trucks and trailers all over the country. I got stuck in LA one night and needed help loading a fixture. Started calling around and found Reina at Serna’s Relocation. She arranged to have her team meet me in the mall that night, to accomplish the task. They suggested that perhaps they could help me in the future and I expressed my concerns about having a 2^nd party handle this awkward and expensive equipment.10 years later, and countless moves from coast to coast Serna’s Relocation has flawlessly delivered our product on time, on schedule, no excuses. These moves are done at half the cost of when we were shipping them ourselves.
When you’re dealing with your personal items or your company’s future, the wrong mover can create more havoc than you can imagine. It’s not what you pay. It’s what you receive. I would like to personally recommend Serna’s Relocation and their team of professionals in the office, the warehouse, and out on the road to anyone seeking a first class move at a fair price.
Simply put, I am a very high maintenance customer and they have never failed to deliver. We fly across country, show up at a shopping mall at 6:30 AM, in Somewhere, USA, knowing our product will be there on time and in perfect condition.

This company takes pride in what they do. They handled my moves (one in 2012 & one ³⁄₂₀₁₅) and both times have been very professional. They’re staff made sure moving went smoothly and all my items were stored and delivered just as they were picked up. If I ever end up in the LA area again, I would definitely look to do business with them first.

I was only moving from a house to a storage 3 miles away but I found out at the end of the month so everything was last minute. Luckily the guys at Serna’s handled everything I could think of when it came to moving out. The loaders were amazing & helped to get all my stuff moved inside the timeframe I had. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend for any moving needs.

We cannot be more pleased with this move. This is a family run company and it shows. They use teamwork in the most efficient way possible. We just moved from SoCal To Berkeley, CA. These movers were outstanding. They were careful (not one thing was broken or damaged!!!), very considerate of our personal needs, very punctual. They were also very nice and and gave us great personalized service. They bent over backward to make sure we were well taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough, truly amazing company.

These guy’s delivered! We hired them to move us from SoCal to Oregon. We had zero problems! The entire crew from salesman to loaders to drivers were just super. Good service AND good attitudes! The Serna’s are particular about their business image, and work hard to maintain good customer relations. Also, Reina who is the dispatcher was VERY helpful and cooperative. We DO NOT regret hiring this mover.

After reading reviews about all the big movers I was in a panic about our mover from So. California to just outside Denver. The reviews we filled with movers that did not show up at the requested time, broke furniture and then held up the client for additional monies prior to unloading the truck!
Well, our experience with Serna was the opposite of all those reviews. The sales person was complete and professional. The office staff was terrific keeping us up to date with the changes we made. And the actual movers went above and beyond to protect our furniture and even had to go out a window with a big piece of furniture.
On the receiving end they showed up as agreed and unloaded the gear quickly and professionally.
They are certainly not the least expensive movers you can find, but you will be hard pressed to find a more professional and friendly group of people!

Used Serna’s in January 2013 to move my father from La Verne to Pasadena. I was very pleased with the move and the attention to detail paid by my movers. We had a fairly tight schedule to complete the move, and we met the schedule in spades. I could have gone with a cheaper company and saved $ 75-​$ 100 but why? Our movers were attentive, conscientious, courteous and respectful of our property. I would recommend them to anyone!
