Subway

The stars says it all! This subway is the best by far from other locations I had step foot in. Subway restaurant is my number 1 choice when it comes to healthy and diet. I had come across many subway location around LA County, some I would never return and few that I love because of customer service. Fortunately, this subway is one of my favorite! Employees are friendly, fast, efficient, and best part they are great people. All employees seem to work as a team when I wait for my turn in line and the communication is superb. Will be returning when I cross paths to this area.

Love this subway ! Super clean and the staff is always friendly and strikes up small conversations with you to make you feel welcomed. They always get my order right, the lobby is a decent size and it’s super cool that it’s located right next to 711. Really close by to the park and the fairgrounds so a good stop if you’re heading that way.

I love this subway. Always fresh, clean and great service. Super friendly staff and fun environment. Busy most of the time, but the employees are super super fast and efficient. Mayra is great by the way.

I went a couple hours ago the lady didn’t have a name tag on but she was really rude I probably won’t go back to that subway.

Worst experience in my entire life. Worst tasting and thinnest sandwich I ate. CINDY was incompetent. Messed up on my ordered 4 times such as did not added tomatoes to my other sandwich, put in sauce that I did not want (but since I hate wasting food I ended up paying n eating it=yukk), did not understand I wanted sauce on the side plus I asked twice, did not understand separate bag. Then oddly she made me paid before a customer that had her sandwich ready and she was waiting at the cashier. Worst of all EVELYN her coworker gave me an attitude while she chat with another customer about how Im holding up the line. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER PAID. WORSTED EXPERIENCE EVER! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I love this subway!
Pros: Clean, convenient, next to 7 – 11, & staff is always nice.
Cons: Small parking lot, sketchy people lurk outside, & the staff is a little slow.
All in all I like this subway! But I’ll only go during the day. I’ve lived in Pomona 23 years… but I’m a little scary berry. I’m really paranoid & hate going in alone. Especially with the liquor store across the street. I’ve gone here at night before. never again!
But it’s not the subways fault. Just the location! Very healthy option and a nice change from the Del taco, McDonald’s, etc. that are all within a 5 mile radius.

Hey, it’s Subway, fresh and fast. Normally very little wait time at this location, like that we can sit and relax while talking about kids school work or sports in a nice atmosphere, good place to bring kid and sometimes his friends and have some good food and conversation. My only complaint is that since my kid takes the bus to his school, they are not open earlier to grab him a nice hot breakfast every once in a while, otherwise it would be ideal.

I recently catered threw this subway and they went above and beyond. The person taking my order was very helpful. My guest were satisfied

I like subway sandwiches but I don’t like having to tell them what to put in it every time. They often can’t understand what i’m saying and I have to repeat everything every time. I just wish they would give me the turkey /​ham with whatever is standard on the sandwich that tastes good. Maybe there is a «code word» I can say to tip them on the fact is I want it made the standard way.
So that’s why I really really like the online ordering app. I just reorder it the way I like it the same way every time. So convenient!
But this location is usually late with my order. The receipt tells you what time the sandwich will be ready to be picked-​up which is 15 minutes after the order is confirmed. I try to go in at the time it’s suppose to be ready and they are usually still working on it.
Today I went in 20 minutes after I ordered and it wasn’t ready at all, Moreover, they said they never got the order. I had to leave with no sandwich even after I paid for it. No lunch for me today. My 30 min lunch was gone.

very nice employees! I used to go to the one on Garey by the school and it was horrible. Very happy they closed it down. Diffentely the Subway to go on White Ave.

I had a less than average experience at the Chino Hills location off Grand and thought I’d give this location a shot after hearing good things from my BF. He was right.
5 stars for the genuinely nice service, keeping it together and still providing great service to the awful lady ahead of me, and fuller sandwich :)

This place is clean and the staff is friendly but don’t expect them to be quick.
Some days they are painfully slow.
Hopefully you aren’t behind someone one of the employee’s knows you’ll spend 5 – 10 mins listening to them catch up.

Nothing special, but if you live in any of the nearby neighborhoods, or happen to be in the area, there’s no better way to grab a quick and healthy lunch. And despite the strange out-​of-​the-​way location, the restaurant is super clean, the food is as good as any other Subway, plus a few extras, and the staff is almost friendly. That’s a big deal for Subway.

I just experienced the worst service ever. Only white and wheat bread available and no onions??? I checked what time they closed, perhaps I came in last minuteI but, nope it stated open till 11 pm and I walked in right at 9:30. I’ve gone to the most busiest subways in Down Town LA and never have I ever heard of bread and veggie shortage, there is no such thing! Im guessing the two ladies working there were just being plain ol’ lazy and didn’t feel like cuttin up some onions and baking some fresh bread. Never coming back for sure.

The closest and best location for a Subway sandwich, right off the White exit of the 10 freeway heading east. Quite clean and organized. They greet customers every time they come into the door.
There are two semi-​booth style tables, one pub-​style table and two regular table areas for you to enjoy your meal by yourself or with your friends. There is a drink station. It has various fountain drinks, coffee area with the works (including flavored creamers, always a plus), and a mini fridge with additional bottled drinks. It’s always maintained and cleaned out.
Their vegetables are always fresh and I have yet to see the infamous frost I usually see at other Subway locations. They have cilantro, which I LOVE.
Parking is shared with the 7 – 11 store next door. It gets busy during morning and afternoon when customers are likely to be on lunch break.
The lines go pretty fast here, even when the line is almost at the door. The staff seem to have their routine pat down. They alert each other when extra hands are needed. Communication is obvious in this location.
There is a unisex restroom available to customers, which is nice considering this is a smaller restaurant than others I have visited. Very clean restroom as well.
The atmosphere is very pleasant. I feel welcomed here and I love the big windows you can peer from while eating, although there isn’t really anything interesting to look at outside.

They only make one soup per day and they don’t have the siracha chicken melt sandwich!

I love that this is location for a subway was picked its about 3 minutes walking distance from my house so that is a good thing. They stay packed and the only down side I would say is that they could be better organized and some workers more focused on work rather than employees or customers asserts. Enjoy!

I’ve Been Coming Here For A While But Didn’t Bother To Check In Until Recently. I Was Too Lazy To Add It Myself.
This Is A New Location And So Far I Haven’t Had Any Bad Service And The Veggies Are Fresh.
This Is A Typical Subway But With Better Service Than The One On Second Avenue.

Brand spankin’ new and now in my neck of the woods of Pomona. Beats going inside Pomona Valley Hospital or downtown. The young staff could use a little more training though. I would have had more check-​ins but i had to add It to Unilocal: p It’s a little small but I like its location and that’s it’s clean and new :)
