This place has a pretty good variety of toys starting with infant toys. Lots and lots of cars and Barbies to choose from. The staff is super friendly and they have some amazing deals! The store was very clean and organized, very easy to look through the variety they offer.

Great prices and a ton of stuff. Bit of a mess sometimes but it’s an outlet store that is always packed so it’s understandable. Their hours are a bit weird but great place to buy toys at a good price.

I SERIOUSLY do not get why people love this place. I go occasionally with my husband because he collects toys, but with an exception of the marked down stuff, the prices really are not that great. I can get most items for about the same price at Target or Amazon. The staff there are fine, but nothing special. It’s just totally hype with no go.

Found this place on Unilocal,a good find, some stuff was priced as retail, but had some wooden Thomas Trains «green tag» 50% off, can’t go wrong, and some stuff was priced lower than retail. Great personable staff. Gave them 1 star less because check out was long.

This store has a TON of toys, potty’s, baby swings. The selection is outstanding. I think my kids thought we were at a Disneyland Store.
We left with a bunch of toys, they do discounts when you sign up for a free membership, which was great! I didn’t know about this discount but the employee explained everything.
I didn’t see any employee’s walking around to help if you had questions, just the cashiers.
We will definitely be back

I really love this place! I actually like it better than the one in El Segundo. They have a huge variety of toys like Hot Wheels, Barbie, and my favorite Monster High! They have other toys as well. Check their green clearance section. They have really great deals sometimes and it’s much cheaper than retail prices. Come and check it out!

This place is the best for the best prices for great toys and baby items
Right now in December they are having 35% off all toys
Make sure to sign up to be a member of their toy club to get 10% of regular ítems And they always have coupons online they help to get great prices
The staff is the best so nice and helpful it’s a plus

My first experience was horrible, and will be my last one. I was so exited when I saw their prices on their Winter Wonderland sale I purchased a ton of toys. When I got home I realized that the cashier didn’t give me the sale prices. I went back and the manager gave me a refund, but would not give me the items at the original sale price. The lady was rude and treated me like I did something wrong. They need to train their employees better because half of them don’t have a clue on what the real price is, and their register do not ring in what they have signed saying.

Cheap prices but to me seems like a bunch of out-dated toys.
I guess kids that don’t have everything can not be picky and i mean it in the nicest way possible.
I mean i would buy toys for little kids here if they don’t know the diff. on what is hot and what is not. But not for the much older kids. I don’t think that they will appreciate it.
Dinky stores, but lack a great atmosphere. Feels like you are shopping in a sad florescent thrift shop. But everything is new and not opened! so 3 stars for you.

Need to buy toys? Want to save money? Don’t want to deal with the crowds?
If you answered yes to all three of those questions, then this may the right place to come shop for toys. If you need to find toys for all those kids in your life, take the drive out to the Mattel Toy Store and get it done.
There are a plethora of toys here that will satisfy all the age groups. Most toys are already discounted, but there are racks where some are 60% off. You even get reward points for each purchase, after each $ 100 spent you will get $ 10 to spend on the next purchase.
When you buy toys, trust me it’s not hard to spend $ 100 easily. The added discounts and selection make this an obvious destination for those needing gifts for all those kids.

This is my favorite place to buy toys. They have a large variety of toys for infants, boys and girls. They offer online coupons, weekly promotions and if you sign up for a membership (it’s free) you’ll get 10% off each regular priced item. Also if you bring in your own reusable bag they’ll take $ 1.00 off your total. They give you a frequent buyer card and with every $ 10 purchase they’ll stamp your card. Get 10 stamps and get $ 10 off your next purchase. So on top of amazing prices they have lots of ways for you to save! In my opinion you will save anywhere from $ 10 to $ 30 off what you would pay at Target, Walmart or Toys-R-Us. I bought my son a batman playhouse that was at Target for $ 59.99 and I only paid $ 15.00 at this location. The customer service is also great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Trust me go and check it out. you’ll be happy you did!

I gave 3 stars for the following reason.
I remember going to this «store» a lot when I was younger back then it seemed so big and amazing. As as adult I went over there the past weekend just to check it out. I was expecting a lot from the place, yet it just seemed kind of small; it does have a large amount of toys from hot wheels to Barbies, but that’s about it.
I guess I wasn’t expecting $ 15 prices on a single Barbie or $ 20 on a fabric tutu, but either way I got my daughter two items.
I got a Ken doll for $ 5.99 and another «beach» Barbie that was on sale for $ 2.99. The total was around $ 9 that included a $ 3 off coupon that was deducted from my grand total.
I would’ve given it more stars if there was more selection maybe. I might return, it just depends.

Boxes everywhere filled with toys. I needed some hot wheels toys and this is the spot. Most of the offerings are from last season and the price reflects the minor age.
This is obviously the place to get Barbie dolls. I wish I knew someone that liked them. The store seemed to have all the current variations.
It was clean when I visited which says a lot when the size of the place is considered.
Save some cash and visit this place when you need a few kids toys for that last minute kid party that you forgot about.
5 Stars on my next visit if they are consistent with volume and cleanliness.

Having the worst experience at the one is Covina, this location is such a breath of fresh air. The place is huge! The employees are much more attentive, they actually can be counted on to provide you with info and some of their inputs.
The customer service team was impressive too, they go above and beyond to try help you locate lost receipt, etc.
although this location is a bit farther than the one in Covina, we would much rather drive the distance to receive better service and better selection.

Make sure you get their free membership card and also check for coupons on the site before you go. The day that we picked up our toys for a birthday party, we got 50% off the already reduced price. Let’s say it all together: SCORE!!! They also have wrapping paper, tape and gift bags for sale just in case you need your stuff wrapped because you’re running late to a party, but – heads up – those items are not cheap.
This is a great store to have in your arsenal as a gift-buyer extraordinaire! Nobody needs to know you’re saving a little money on the side :))) And, in my opinion, this sure beats a gift card.

This is a hidden gem in Chino for toys. We stop by this store to buy gifts for our friends kids. If you shop here make sure to sign up for the membership and get coupons, it’s free. I purchased a Lightning McQueen toy for $ 5, regular at department stores $ 15, not bad if you ask me.
They sell some rare toys, Barbie, Hot Wheels and Disney. If you are a toy collector check this place out. You might just find something cool and unique. We saw a lady buying 5 Barbies and she looked like she found a gold mine.
