We held an event here a few months ago but I’m barely getting around to writing this review. The price is really good when compared to nearby venues and considering the fact that they provide the linens and catering. The venue was clean, waitresses were very nice and attentive, the bartender was also nice and very social, the food was delicious and they allowed us to go in early in the morning to set up center pieces and escort cards. Now for the cons… There are 2 coordinators here that we had to deal with. One of them is named Alejandra and she is AMAZING! She was super sweet and accommodating. The other one on the other hand was not. I can’t remember her name, but I believe there are only 2 coordinators here. She was rude, she wouldn’t listen to what we wanted, I had to repeat myself 5 times about a table arrangement because she wanted everything done her way and the day of the event she gave me attitude the whole night! I definitely recommend asking for Alejandra to handle your event if you are considering this venue. Our event was in August. August in Southern California is no joke. It was almost 100 degrees that day and it was sooo hot inside the venue. I was asking why the AC hadn’t been turned on and they said it would take a little while to cool the whole venue down. Well, a little while turned in to never because it was midnight and still hot. It got to the point where it was cooler outside than inside. When our guests were trying to come in they were denying entry to some because they didn’t have an invitation, which I can understand. But even after I, the one holding the event, went to the door and told the security guards that they were invited guests they still didn’t want to let them in. And apparently they have a «dress code» here and were using that as an excuse to not let other guests in. I didn’t know this was a club. So if you are considering this venue definitely go over the small details with the coordinator such as guest entry, dress code, how early their AC will be turned on and so on.

I used this venue last year for my daughters 15ra, I have attended several events there as well. I am having another event there again this year. What can I say, the price is great as it is all inclusive, the ambiance is good, the waitresses are good, the dance floor is huge, the stage covers both sides of the banquet hall. In reference to the chairs, I didn’t sit long enough to notice. I suppose if you don’t dance, mingle or interact they might be uncomfortable after 5 hours. I have also held huge 450+ people events at a convention center and the chairs were no different. I highly recommend this venue, I have never had a problem and plan on continuing to host events there.

Just attended a wedding here last weekend. The place looks like a time warp back to the 80’s! They still cover their cheap, uncomfortable chairs with white fabric and saches. The tables were draped in some kind of embroidered fabric that would not allow the plastic water cups from tipping over, needless to say the tablecloths were completely wet. The layout of the venue is a weird L shape that kept groom’s guest separate from bride’s guests. The head table looked like something straight out of wedding singer with the whole gold chairs for the guests of honor. I didn’t try the food but the champagne toast consisted of warm apple cider in huge red wine glasses instead champagne flutes. The staff couldn’t even smile or offer anyone anything to drink. They were basically just busboys. No interaction with the guests whatsoever. I believe our server dropped off a pitcher of what seemed like coke and never even said a word to us. Did I mention how uncomfortable the chairs were?! You can’t expect your guests to sit for 5 hours on old, hard chairs. And yes, as the previous reviewer noted it is not located in the best location either — as a planner myself I would go anywhere but here!

Just came back from a wedding reception held in this site, and this is the place to not be impressed at all! The interior of this place is every chessy– inelegant and seems as though I’m attending an event held back in the 80’s. Aside to that the setting of the place is horrible! The seating of guests is so separated and isolate — every hard to see what is going on in the reception. The food is okay, nothing to brag about at all. When we were walking out to the parking lot, a guest and security were calling the police to file a report b/c someone broked into his car and stole his car stero in the venue’s parking lot… and supposively there were several security guards on duty which apparently they were not very efficent doing their job. This place is in a ugly neighborhood. If I were getting married, and from having to choose between having a wedding reception here vs. to not having one at all, I would rather save my money and not spend a single penny having a wedding here. This venue not too long ago used to be a strip club, so that should give you an idea to not have any high expections about this faciliate. This place is very low standard, depressing, tacky and atrocious, and attending here as a guest I don’t recommend this place whatsoever! I only gave a 1 star b/c I dont have a choice to give no stars at all.
