They called prior to delivery, arrived on time, put everything together and then cleaned up. The guys were neat and courteous. Excellent job. Highly recommended.

I got a swing set for christmas for my 4 year old, and I thought I’d be able to put it together myself. This was, safe to say, an incorrect assumption. There were numerous pieces for each part of the set (Cedarbook wood swing set, I got it from Toys R Us), and eventually I just grew fed up and a bit concerned I wouldn’t put it together correctly.
I went to google and found Tri-​State, called and Dave picked up right away. He was really understanding, said he gets this type of call all the time. He had experience with the cedar brook set and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
Next day comes and he’s there, bright and early. He put together the set in a matter of maybe 2 hours (it would have taken me MUCH longer). I would totally recommend this to a friend, and would also recommend just getting the assembly package directly from the store when you buy the set, don’t assume you can put it together yourself.
