This got to be the worse office that exists! The staffs are ignorant to phone calls and are hostile to patients when they’re checking in. When I was siting in the office, clearly they were «free» and were chit-​chatting. One of the girl picked up the phone and put it on hold for about 15min while she was just chitchatting with the other ladies. Also, the Doctor shows a lack of care and management.

I’ve been seeing Dr Wali as my surgeon for the last 20 years I highly recommend him he is compassionate caring phenomenal and very professional he has done several surgeries for me and all a success.

needed to reschedule so i called in and the office workers put me on hold for quite some time, and when i called back, a different girl picked up the phone and easily rescheduled me. the whole time this was happening, i could hear a group of girls in the back laughing and joking around. the Doc is good, staff is nice but lacks professionalism

DO NOT GO TO THIS DR if COMPASSION & CARING IS WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR!!! This mf’er totally disrespected my mother. He wouldn’t answer any of her questions & when asked about what lab tests were being ordered he simply snapped back it was in the paperwork (!) but wouldn’t explain what they were for. WHAT A QUACK… Doooooooo not go here unless a rude, unprofessional Dr is what you’re looking for. –5***** STARS

The DIRTIEST most unprofessional office ever! Waited for over an hour past my appt time to come to find out that they didn’t have my authorization. Probably a blessing in disguise because the waiting area was soo dirty along with the house party music coming from front desk just wreaked UNPROFESSIONAL!

Loved Dr. Wali. He spent time answering my questions and really made me comfortable to go forward with surgery with him…

This office is very rude. I spoke with Vikki and she put me on hold several times! and acted like she did not want to help me what SO ever! I highly reccommend never going to this office. Especially if you come in contact with Vikki!

The first time I ever met doctor Autar K Wali (10 months ago) he was very rude and didn’t even want to look at the knot under my arm which they thought could be breast cancer. I left his office upset because of how he was talking to me, I went back a few weeks ago under a new doctor to talk about gallstones. i just got my gallbladder removed on Oct 26 when he saw me, he didn’t say nothing to me the only person that made me feel comfortable & told me not to be scared was the anesthesiologist the day of the surgery. Another problem I had with him was my appointment surgery was for 12pm on Friday and night before surgery I got a call telling me it was changed to 2pm, when I got there they told me it was moved to 4pm. After my last appointment with him I really hope I don’t have to ever see him again
