Excellent auto shop! Jeffrey was awesome to deal with. He was up front about everything and handled the repair in a most outstanding manner. He couldn’t figure out where the banging noise was coming from and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get it right. Without charging us extra! I have been to many auto repair shops and this shop is by far the best. Thank you Jeffrey for taking such great care of us.

I recently brought my expedition in for a transmission repair. I was informed about what testing would need to be done and then about what repairs i would need. I was given a couple of options as far as cost by choosing any upgrades i would like while doing my repairs. I am very pleased with the work and did not know how bad the transmission had gotten until it was repaired. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone else looking for great work. One of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever been too. These guys are the real deal.
I have a 15 year old Jeep and the clutch was finally going. Knowing that it was such an important job, I took a recommendation from a friend about this place. I lived a little far away but I knew that for this job, I had to find the right mechanic to get it done. Well, I found them.
After dropping the car off, Charlie and his guys not only took care of dropping me off at home (~30 minutes away) but also went above and beyond just the repair to make sure that everything near the clutch was in working order. Turns out, there was a leak and I would have had to pay for another transmission drop (expensive) to replace this part when it finally broke in the future. That same day they called me, told me what they found and how much it would be to change it if I chose to do so. Straightforward and honest.
In only a day, I had the car back and it was running great! The repair came with a 6 months/6,000 mile warranty to back their work and I couldn’t be happier.
A little over 6 months down the line while I was getting an oil change, the mechanic noted that a bearing near the clutch might be having an issue. I was very nervous since I was a little out of the warranty period from the last clutch service. I brought the car into Aaction and within a few minutes Charlie knew it was a bad part that had deteriorated quickly. He told me to drop the car off and that they would take care of it.
I came back to pick the car up, expecting to pay something (labor, parts, who knows) but Jeff shook my hand, gave me the keys and told me to have a great weekend. True customer service! I couldn’t be happier with this repair shop, their people and quality of work. Very highly recommended.

Jeffrey kept us informed through the entire ordeal. Our son’s 2000 Acura 3.2TL needed to have the transmission rebuilt. The car was repaired and ready to go ahead of the promised time. Maybe the price could be beaten but we are pleasantly surprised that we walked away not feeling completely violated.
