This location is very uncooperative with returns. The employees acted as if doing an exchange was a huge burden rather then focusing on the potential up sale involved with an exchange. This store could use a course in customer service. The amount of personnel that are standing near the register doing what seems to be nothing was frustrating. I would prefer to see a small independently owned business succeed over a large corporation such as home depot, but this store is severely lacking in the customer service department. I would much rather go to Lowe’s.

So Much Better than a giant home depot!
Recently went to make a copy of a scooter key. I didnt have the vehicle with me at the time to test it. They wern’t sure if it was the right match of a key but cut it for me anyway, and said to try it out at home, and if it worked to come back and pay. They were really helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. I appreciate stores like this and the customer service and attention they can give you.
