Action Gator Tire

Got there at 7:05am on a Saturday. Needed a new tire and one repaired. The man at the desk quoted me for two tires. I asked it be for one plus the repair. He then quoted me for one tire and an alignment. I asked for just the one tire and I’d add the alignment if it needed it after the test. He reprinted for just the one tire and fixing at a slow leak in one. The cost was $ 88. Then they showed me the problem with the slow leak (not saying there was additional charges). I said ok. Then they tried to sell me on a lot of work to my front end. I said. I just need the tires repaired today. They put it all back together. An hour and half later… Then I go to check out. They charged $ 115 for adding he repair. I said. I sign an estimate for $ 88 and you didn’t inform me that the repair would be extra. The man said. Why do you think I showed you what was wrong with it… I said, why did I sign an estimate agreement to specific work… He changed the price immediately. I will not return. I do believe that me being a woman had a lot to do with how I was treated. They talked me as if I didn’t know what anything was and even said, come take a look so «we can educate you… I know it’s confusing for you»…

Took my car in for a 10am oil change. Car was done at 11:15, but it took til 11:45 to get keys and checkout.
They of course wanted to do a fuel injection cleaner, change brake fluid, and wipers. I opted not to do the mainentance. My oil plug was stripped so they put a $ 10 universal plug on it.

It is a large place with 10 bays. Nice waiting area or you can walk across the street to mall or go to muvico theatre for a movie. There is a tv in the lobby.

Initially went to this location for new tires. Purchased tires and scheduled a time to have them installed. Never received a call to let me know it was complete and called them before they closed to find it was complete. After driving home I knew the tires weren’t balanced properly. Called then made a follow up appt to have them do it over. Again driving home I knew it wasn’t right. Finally took it to the dealer only to find out they we’re not balanced right and they never removed the old weights before balancing the new ones! This should never be done! To Goodyears defense they paid my bill that I incurred at the dealer. Regardless will not be going back!
