Horrible customer service. Extra charges and the internet speeds are never what they promise (or what you pay for). Avoid this company and save yourself the strife.

Also using their 30 Mbps «service». Throughout the day it isn’t that bad, I get maybe 15, probably closer to 10. But at night it constantly cuts out. Probably every 10 mins, it’s out for about 3 of it. That’s just unacceptable. And it’s every single night. This was my first month with them and will be my last.

Come on guys. I never write reviews because I don’t feel that one person’s bad experience should prevent someone else to visit a place or use services that other companies provide, and I honestly dislike bashing companies as I am a business owner myself. Having said this, how come I pay for 50Mbps and I rarely reach 20Mbps? I lived in Miami and had Comcast and I actually got more Mbps than what I paid for and now that I live in Weston and I am forced to have Advanced Cable as there is no other cable company in this part of Weston, I get less than half of what I am paying for. I honestly cannot wait for Comcast to begin servicing the area that I am in. Advance Cable Management, I am sorry for giving you a negative review but I work from home often and in this day and age it is unacceptable to provide cable services that are not up to par with its competitors and are overpriced.

Ugh, where do I start? I have been living in Coral Springs for the last ten years. Advanced Cable only covers Weston and Coral Springs. I find this quite bizarre, considering these two cities are not even next to eachother. Comcast is not available in Coral Springs so residents really don’t have a lot of options unless they go with Direct TV or something similar. Basically your stuck.
I used Advanced as both my cable and internet provider. Finially I came to my senses and dropped the internet and started saving a lot of money. They are crazy expensive. What I was paying for basic cable alone was almost double what Comcast would have charged. And the high speed internet, that’s a complete joke.
Customer service department? I’m sorry, but if you are not capable of holding an intelligent conversation and have zero common sense then maybe being a customer service representative isn’t such a great idea. I have had little and I mean very little customer service support over the last ten years. I know it’s not nice to call people clueless, but try calling them to have a conversation and let me know what you think.
The billing department is a disaster. Why oh why would they place people in this department if they don’t know how to add or subtract and god forbid if it’s a tax issue, please pour yourself a glass of wine and wait for the show to begin.
I don’t like writing one star reviews and I don’t enjoy being snarky, but Advanced Cable is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The internet was fast, it got slow, replaced all of my equipment with new, everything is still slow. 3.2−5 Mbps is unacceptable when paying for 50Mbps. Support is no help.

I have had Comcast Xfinity and AT&T Uverse service before having Advanced Cable now and have never been so disappointed in my entire life with the quality of the product and the customer service. I have had several issues in the just over a year that I have been signed up for Advanced Cable service, but this time I dealt with some of the worst customer service. When you see a track record of a customer having issues and having to send out technicians, you don’t tell the customer the only appointment is in the evening…6 days from now! Also, when I mention that I depend on the internet for my job, that means that I have to take a day off work each and every day that I have no internet. I speak with 2 advisors and a «senior advisor» or Manager, whichever he claimed to be, and nobody has the decency to make certain accommodations to have a technician come out earlier. I don’t care if it’s at midnight today or tomorrow, the fact is that I need internet to get paid. If I have no internet, what am I paying you for?

Advanced Cable? More like not advanced cable. I have their «up to 30 MBPS» internet only service. Not because I want to, but because I live in an area of Coral Springs where they are the ONLY internet service provider. The price is ridiculous ($ 50/​month as a promo rate) compared to what I hear my friends pay for similar speeds with Comcast and ATT Uverse in neighboring areas. My internet constantly drops out for no reason or randomly drops down to 2 MBPS-​10 MBPS. I’ve had to call customer service over 20 times in the last 3 months because of this and most of the time when you call their «24÷7» phone number after normal business hours, you’re on hold waiting for someone to answer for at least 30 – 45 minutes. Once you finally get someone all they can do is say well everything looks good on our end, so we’ll restart your modem and there’s nothing more we can do for you. We’re sorry. If I had the option to switch to any other company I would in a heartbeat.
One of the phone calls into customer service I had one of the reps to me node work in the area was causing my issues but it was finished. Even sent me an email stating this. I called back a few days later with the same service issues. Another service rep informed me that my area’s node work hadn’t even been started yet. Called back a few days later with similar issues again and was told now they weren’t sure if it was started or finished. This company need to get their heads out of their asses.
I will say this. Most of this customer service reps that I spoke to on the phone (and I’ve spoken to a lot) have been really nice people, but this company needs to listen to all of these customer complaints and fox them.

The worst company ever. One hour wait times, no call backs and five days and counting without service. I think this may be a one man operation that pretends as if they are a real «advanced» company. Total fraud. Service is negative stars.

The worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst, worst internet provider ever. Did I mention that they are the worst. My connection is up and down. Had them come over 3 times until one tech mentioned getting a newer modem. Boom, get new modem, upgrade to 50MB plan and connection is now the same, downtime is all the time with Advanced Cable. This company should be called Retreating Cable or anything the extreme opposite of Advanced. I find myself avoiding the use of the word advanced in my everyday speech, since just hearing the word infuriates me to the core. The second I hear there is any alternative to this horrible ISP, the next second I will be signing up. Anything to get rid of this garbage of an internet service provider
Avoid at all costs. You are better off staring at a card board box, write internet on it and make believe that you have moved into an actual city with a real internet service provider that will provide consistent service, than come home, enjoy a warm dinner with the perception you might be able to get that one thing you left to finish in theboffice., but no, you have Advanced Cable, so if you have access, I’d suggest playing the lottery but be careful lightning doesn’t hit you 10 times before you play the ticket, since you are in an episode of the twilight zone where everything has flipped percentages. Advanced cable online and working, come on, what else should I believe in, the tooth fairy.

So far so good. No contract is good. I am impressed that I get the speed I paid for. Well, most of the time. I paid for 15 mbps and get about 10 to 15 most times which is normal. Had it go out a couple times for about 10 minutes the first 2 weeks, but usually very reliable and customer service is better than at&t, Comcast, et al.
I’ve only had them for a month so far but seem to be pretty good. I’ll keep this review up to date.

I have been living in Coral Springs for a well over a year and have had Advanced Cable as my internet and cable TV company. I have not gone through an entire week without some sort of outage. They always try to put the blames on customer owned equipment first, but not once was it my equipment its always their system.
I have lived all over the country and have never had this bad of service.

Advanced Cable is the only provider for my part of Weston and the service is disappointing to say the least. The internet connection always runs much slower than the service advertised. The internet connection often drops without notice and for extended periods of time. If there were any other option, I would definitely switch service.

I don’t know how they retain employees or customers. Hopefully they upset a lawyer and he files a lawsuit against their business practices. He/​she would have a lot of support.

Worse company in the universe. I regret moving to Coral Springs because of this crappy company.

This review is for my mom who lives in Weston. She was really impressed with their customer service. She was having a problem with a channel the other day and the lady on the phone was SO nice. A tech came out the next day and was very professional. The problem is now fixed. Thanks.

I was an advanced cable customer when I lived in Coral Springs from 2004 – 2008, I found their internet service pretty terrible. I come back in 2015 to find they are still pretty terrible with about $ 100/​month for 50 megs of download but the kicker for me is they only give you 300GB of transfer a month.
Fortunately now you can get AT&T Uverse in the area. I wish advanced cable would realize they need to be competitive to stay relevant.

This company is the poorest run communications firm i have ever seen. service is spotty at best, and heaven forbid you need service and try to call their automated line because it just hangs up on you there is no way to leave a message or get service. If this company didnt have a monopoly in the cities of Coral Springs and Weston, it would be out of business.

I wish I could give them zero stars. EVERY month, without fail, there is some discrepancy with my bill, and I have to call in and have it corrected, thus wasting my valuable time. And every time I call to have it corrected, it takes forever because they sit there and argue with me, even though I have the evidence to prove them wrong. I am tired of this bull! But unfortunately, they are my only choice since the corrupt politicians of Coral Springs have entered into an illegal monopoly agreement with Advanced Cable. I wonder how much they get in kickbacks. I will be filing a grievance with the BBB and the FCC. What this company is doing to its customers is ridiculous and illegal. It’s WAY past time for a change.

Setting up a new business customer (they charge 3x what comcast does for less service). Their tech support didn’t even know they block port 25 (email) by default. after 2 days troubleshooting i finally got a hold of the manager who stated «We block port 25 by default» ahh, i think you should let your staff know. Well over 20hrs of hassle and expense spent on this simple installation. This wasn’t the only run in I’ve had with this incompetent group but hopefully its the last.
