I couldn’t have had a better experience with this company. I had several locks replaced when I purchased a new house. The owner is extremely respectful and you can tell he’s not out trying to make a quick buck and he really cares about the integrity of his company. They are able to come out to your home whenever youre available and are clean and efficient. They even installed a bedroom door Knob and lock for free. I intend on using this company whenever I have locksmith needs. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Alpha Lock to change the locks on our new home. They were extremely friendly and had great communication, but the process took a long time. My husband had to take time off of work to go meet the locksmith, and after two hours had to leave to return to work. Luckily my mother in law was able to stay the rest of the time, but I’m sure most people cannot do this.

The company may be good but I won’t ever know. I can’t believe someone would post on a Facebook group for moms using the death of an 18 year old child to sell lock services. Absolutely disgusting. Screenshot below.

Daniel & Andrew were great. They booked an appt with me right away and gave me a price quote over the phone (just had to send them a picture of the floor safe). Called when they were on the way and explained what they were trying to do to open the safe, the wole time. And best of all, the price was very reasonable (I even had another company quote me almost 3 times what they charged me)
