horrible nail salon made a appointment I showed up early the owner named Peter says to me you’re early so he made me wait to my exact
he sat around until so. then my pedicure was rushed thru the lady that did my service was named anna. after she rushed thru I noticed the lotion she used to do massage was watered-​down along with the nail polish which was also very watered-​down with so much polish
I was getting my pedicure the owner comes over and makes her switch techs. very unprofessional to me as they talked in their language. so the lady named Euni finished polishing my toes it’s was horrible! my experience was horrible I will never go back that’s for sure. doesn’t even deserve a star!

What a find! Clean and well equipped nail salon with well trained and pleasant employees. I was very satisfied with my pedicure. I also used their waxing services and it was by far the BEST wax I had ever had! I didn’t get a regrowth for over a month!
They do the job perfectly and are so meticulous!
Will definitely go there each time I am in Pompano!

I called 30 min before closing and the man was so nice to let me come in.
Open just 4 months ago (may 2015), located in public gallery it’s so clean and tidy I hope it remains this way.
Peter manages a cheerful and professional atmosphere and his wife Anne both are adorably charming.
Mimi is a wonderful technician and has a lovely disposition.
Sinks are lined with plastic, tools are sanitized and or new and used once. The price is über affordable so get yourself over there.

This salon are very clean and new. However, i had an appointment with them because i don’t live around this area. When i came, they made me wait for more than 30 mins. It is wasting my time. Should pay more attention on customer service

Ava Nail Spa — 5 Stars. I moved to Pompano Beach 2 years ago & tried 2 different nail salons. I wasn’t happy with either so went back to my nail salon in Coral Springs which was a big pain. Then, I saw a new nail salon had opened by Publix. It got good reviews on Unilocal so I gave it a try. Ava Nails doesn’t disappoint. It’s new, clean & has a huge selection of matching gels & nail polishes. And I was thrilled that Jimmy from Jade Nails is the manager. Everyone was nice & friendly & I had a wonderful French pedicure by Terry. This salon really nailed it. Can’t wait to return

I was on a weekend trip with my daughter and her two friends we were trying to find a good nail salon. There are so many in the area. We were just scolded from another nail salon «Top Nails» for not making an appointment they were so rude. I have to say from the moment I called Ava’s the person that answered the phone was so nice. He told me that they would stay late if necessary to get all four of us done. My nail technician was TERRY he was wonderful and funny. I received one of the best French polish’s I have ever had. The 3 girls were all happy with their mani pedis. I would highly recommend Ava’s the parking in convenient and the whole staff was great very clean and they use liners in the foot tubs. Very impressive.

Ava Nail Salon is brand new. It’s convenient location is in the same plaza as Publix and it has a parking garage. The salon offers a large number of manicure and pedicure tables. There is a wide variety of Opi and Essie polish and gel polish.
The staff is very friendly; they offer bottled water or a glass of wine with your service.
There is also a loyalty program, where after your tenth service you get $ 20 off.
The nail technician, Kim, was very friendly and took her time. She made me feel like a valued client, and not a pair of hands or feet on an assembly line.
The only reason I did not give the salon five stars is because the music was too loud and it was on a loop of late eighties and early nineties love ballads.
After a manicure and pedicure, I’d already heard all of the songs and was hearing them again.
That was the only drawback, which I’m sure will be resolved.

I went to Ava Nail Spa to get a Pedi, it just opened in the Publix Shopping Center. The Salon is spacious, with several pedicure chairs and manicure stations. There are a lot of color options to choose from. There was only 1 other woman getting a pedicure in the entire salon so they took me right in with no wait I was shown to the pedicure chair. Everything is brand new and shiny, including the massage chairs.
The lady who did my pedi was friendly and did an ok job on the final result, but the actual experience was nothing special and average. I wanted to relax and enjoy my pedi however the guy who apparently mans the front desk put on a Chinese show on the TV, it seemed like a Talent competition with lots of singing, all in Chinese (which I don’t speak) and on full blast, he pulled up a chair to watch it along with another lady who also worked there. I really wanted to relax, but I couldn’t get past the super loud TV which I couldn’t even understand. To top things off, the lady doing my pedi was also watching the TV while doing my pedi, barely did exfoliating or massage which are of course my favorite part. Like I said, she was friendly and the end result turned out ok but the actual experience wasn’t good, therefore my 2 star rating: Meh. I’ve experienced better.
