Very nice clean establishment. Very good experience in every way especially due to Cory’s excellent customer service. Cory explained all the packages before I arrived then once I got there he went over the best way for me to maximize my tanning. He explained all the products and didn’t try to sell me items that I didn’t need just to make a sale. He showed me around the salon and then showed me how to use the bed. On top of that he had a wonderful personality and just a total sweetheart.
You are very lucky to have Cory working in your salon. I highly recommend.

The Place Is Amazing, The Staff Is Friendly And Very Knowledgeable, The Salon Is Spotless And I Mean Spotless… I Was Serious Impressed At How Clean It Is, Its A Bit Further From My Home but Worth The Drive For Such A Clean Relaxing Atmosphere!!! I Signed Up For A Monthly Plan And Its Well Worth It Since I Work All The Time And Dont Have Time To Get Outside During The Day!!!

Horrible, do not go here. They take your money and are not there when you go to tan. And, the customer service is horrible! The front desk operator called me an explicit name.

1st timer-​Tan turned out great! Room was dirty, lights were too bright — it really brought out how dirty the room was. I could see all the gross black hairs on ground and dust everywhere. Get dimming light/​buy a swiffer please! New girl training seemed nice– but i wish they would have given me a tour and explained pricing better. Another girl who was originally working there needs customer service training badly. I was looking into packages and the deeper into conversation i got with her the faster i wanted to get out of that place. It will only help the company if you get your employees to take some courses. It’s not always what you say. It’s how you say it.

Great salon, spray tanning good prices. Professional staff all round quality.. This is by far the best tanning place in Pompano beach!!! Open 7 days a week too. Plus the sessions you buy never expire so you could even come back the following year and still use them which is great for me because I live in the UK. Stephanie is awesome and very knowledgeable in all fields. Well worth a chat if you want to understand something about products/​tanning/​etc.

I’ve been going to tanning salons for two year and I have also worked at one for a year. By far the worst salon I have ever been too I drove 20 min with traffic being 35 mins to use the groupon and then they say I can not use the groupon because my license is from California and wasted a hour of my time when I could have gone somewhere with way better customer service instead of standing at the desk for 15 mins waiting

I bought a Groupon 5 months ago for this place. I used it within the 3 months allowed then 2 months later got another one. When I went in to use it, they said I couldnt use it. I could only use what I payed for the THREE tans for ONE and I would still owe them $ 10! WHat a joke! total scammers, rip off dump.

Never again. Bought the Groupon for 2 airbrush tans. First one was a winner, but I think that’s because (a) the young woman was more experienced with the gun and (b) she «upgraded» the solution. Second spray tan application was the WORST. The VERY young tech had little to no experience, it seemed. I ended up with tanner on my hands, caked behind my ears, my knees were 2 shades darker that the rest of my legs, and despite waiting a few hours before going to bed, the sheets still stained. (You’re not supposed to bathe until the next morning.) Essentially, I was DOUSED with tanner. The girl was super sweet, the place seems clean, but I’m just feeling like I’d prefer an experienced adult apply a tan that I will have to live with for a week. I did try to schedule with the same girl as the first time, but she was no longer working there.

Are they kidding? I personally made an appointment with Shannon to have her airbrush me for my BEST FRIEND’S WEDDING 2 months in advance. I show up on time and she is no where to be found. Thank goodness for Amanda– she is their only saving grace. She offered me the best she could– which of course I took her up on– but the owners should be ashamed! How do you send your client a reminder email to be at their appointment 24 hours beforehand but you don’t make sure your employees are there to service them??? Terrible! Thank you Amanda for your help… The rest of boca tanning club, you can kiss my future business goodbye.

Ok, so I do work at this salon. However, before I started working there I purchased a groupon for me and my mom. Everyone was always very professional and had a great, friendly attitude. Now that I do work here, I know that we all do many training seminars on products and services so the whole staff can properly asses which lotion and time is right for each guest. I have tanned and worked at many salons throughout the years and this is by far the best one. Boca tanning doesn’t have all of the different levels of tanning. We have the best level bed so there is no confusion & you will leave with a great tan every time. Don’t forget to bring your Florida ID with you because your first tan is FREE!

I purchased a groupon and the owner would not honor it because I have purchased one in the past. No where in the fine print does it say you cannot purchase another groupon. All it says when I went to purchase is limited one groupon and additional one as a gift. I purchased only one! It does not mention PREVIOUS groupon promotions! As a business owner, I would have honored it! The owner is a young kid with no business sense! I will never tan at this location again!

CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDABLE AND FRIENDLY! John, manager, is by far someone who goes above and beyond for this location and for his clients. At xmas time he even put together a special on line package for my family to purchase gifts for me– REALLY A NICE PERSONAL TOUCH! I am loyal to this location and gladly spend generously here because its worth it. Great specials, great deals and this location always aims to please-​they know their product. You wont be sorry. My Versa Spa is always even and beautiful… and I’m always complimented on my tan!

I was a member at darque tan but now I go to Boca tan pompano because I never have to wait on a bed and the customer service is much better. Friendly faces every time I walk in, highly recommended

This is the best tanning salon I’ve been to. I have unlimited monthly spray tanning for only $ 65 a month in a VersaSpa. Can’t beat that! There is hardly ever anyone waiting to use it too. All of the employees are super nice and down to earth. The VersaSpa is always clean and working perfectly. Go there! :)

Great stand up beds. Prices are ok but better when there are specials going on. The natural spray tan booth sucks though. The beds still out-​do other salons.
