I had decided to switch to Boost Mobile (from AT&T Go Phone) after doing an on-​line comparison and purchased a Samsung Galaxy Prevail and activated the new service at this location. It only took 15 minutes and am very happy with my new service-​unlimited talk/​text and 2G of data for $ 30 per month (if paid automatically) and no contract is outstanding. I previously had a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini and the Prevail is a significant upgrade in terms of display, speed, and charging time.

Horrible service! Took my samsung galaxy to get new charging port, in the morning, was told to come back in the afternoon. I came back two times, and was then told to come at 6. NEVER saw the Tech, but was told by saleswoman, that they couldn’t fix my phone. When I returned home, I had no microphone, which was fine when i brought it in! I took it to TWO different places the next day, and was told that who ever tried to fix my phone was inexperienced and burned my microphone when trying to solder my charging port. I am now without a phone. Should have been a minor problem, They ruined a very expensive phone, and the Tech was never around when i asked to speak with him! My next email is to the boost mobile about the Techs they have in place.
