TCG Catering /​Affairs Catering & Events did an amazing job catering our son’s Eagle Court of Honor reception! Everyone raved about how great the food tasted! The service was professional and friendly. The attention to detail from the moment of our initial conversation through to the end of the party was superb! And the cake was beyond amazing, so beautiful and delicious!!! Thank you for taking all the stress off of our hands and providing us with such great service. Highly recommended.

I had to host a party for 125 people. My wife was approached by Marc, the owner of TCG, as he heard about the party and the possible need for a caterer. This meeting was a blessing in disguise.
Marc was in no way pushy or competitive, but gave us truly invaluable advice as to what to look for in terms of caterers. I now know why. Because he knew he was better than the competition and we would choose him. And he was right.
First and foremost, the service. TCG was impeccable. The crew was omnipresent. From the servers that constantly were passing food to the clearers and floaters who were always around to make sure no one was holding onto debris or looking at dirty plates or empty glasses.
Second, the food. Marc was dead on about having variety so the guests would not be bored. And they were not. Everyone raved about the food. The best was the Moroccan lamb lollipops. The cheesecake lollipops for dessert also was a huge hit. TCG also does a wonderful job in presenting the food. It is not just the food on a white plate, but some clever presentations that are pleasing to see and sometimes fun to interact with.
TCG was a little pricier than others I looked at, but it is truly worth it. You can’t cheap out at a party and having plenty of food, drink, and servers are critical to a party being a success. While we paid a little bit more (and only a little bit more), we got more than double the number of servers and dishes as compared to everyone else.
TCG and Marc were a pleasure to work with.
