I went to this place today and received a great service by everybody there, especially the owner Randy who was very knowledgeable and honest.

Found on Unilocal also. They are awesome. The owner made a point to show my son what he had to do to fix his car. Price was very reasonable. Very pleased when I left there.

Thanks to Unilocal I found this Family Owned Repair Shop. From start to finish felt very comfortable and the pricing was upfront. I have never given an Auto Repair Shop a review, so hopefully this message is apparent how well they did.

A true pleasant experience, I had a flat tire yesterday so it is somewhat trivial but incredibly inconvenient. I managed to put in a spare before my work day started and at lunch I went on a mission to find a place to fix my tire. I stopped by Complete Auto Care only because there was no space to part at tire kingdom (next door to them). I spoke with the receptionist whom was very attentive and pleasant to speak to, after getting an estimated time of about 30 minutes and 2 possible quotes on the tire (both very reasonable) I decided to leave the tire and come back after work. Not only was my tire fixed waiting for me, but they charged me the lesser quote and as I was leaving one of the mechanics asked me if I wanted them to put the tire back on … That was a very simple gesture but one that completely made my day as I had struggle earlier in the day and being 94 degrees And I was running tight on time to pick my child up to daycare, this simple gesture meant so much to me! After reading several of the reviews I have to agree that this place is professional and attentive and I for one I feel lucky that the tire kingdom’s lot was blocked by cars … :)

I decided to take my car here based on the great Unilocal reviews. I’d been having issues with my brakes but was quoted outrageous prices from the huge corporate tire shops. Arrived at this location exactly on schedule (7:30 AM) and was greeted by Barbara, the receptionist. My car was taken in almost immediately and during the assessment, Barbara and I had an interesting conversation on everything from salt lamps to meditation techniques to puppies.
Randy, a no-​BS type of guy, told me exactly what my issue was and got straight to the point without pressuring me to purchase other services. Considering that I’d already had my brakes done by the big tire shops, Randy found that my back brakes were far too tight and adjusted them for me, free of charge.
One of the most honest mechanics you will meet. The only thing is, they are not open on the weekends, so leave enough notice and room in your schedule to book early! Oh, and they have a Keurig machine! Free coffee anyone?

Most trustworthy auto repair shop around. A/​C wasn’t running right and after a previous $ 300 repair quote Randy found the problem and had it done for $ 40. Bring all my cars and kids car now

They are by far the best and honest mechanic shop I know I sent my aunt there my parents there believe or not I go there too because for the price I let them work on my own car.

Avoid. Took my wife’s car there after it failed to start. Paid for a new fuel pump and filter. It broke down with the exact same problem a few days later. Turned out to be a bad fuse panel that was KNOWN to be a defect issue on this particular model. When they gave the car back after the fuel pump replacement, they left grease all over the leather seat and the leather steering wheel. Very sloppy and unprofessional.

Fast, easy, and incredibly friendly. Brought my car in for an oil change first thing in the morning with an appointment. (Which I strongly recommend making, even if it’s not busy!) $ 25 and I was outta there. The free wifi is a HUGE bonus, too. Usually you gotta shell out $ 70+ at a dealership to get that perk.
Why no 5 stars then? I’ve been pretty spoiled with mechanics who will do all the «little extras» with an oil change at no to very little charge… topping off fluids, checking the cabin filter, etc. Things I shouldn’t expect, but really was impressed by. While they don’t have the add-​ons automatically, they do everything «a la carte»…so you do have to specifically ask and pay for what you need.
Either way, I’ll be back for sure! If you’re in desperate need of honest, reliable service, give them a call now!

I’m new to the area. I read the reviews and choose this place for an oil change. The reviews are correct, they provide fast, timely convient service. I’ll definetly be back.

Great Service.
Saw this place on Unilocal and I called to price out a headlight bulb that burned out on my son’s truck. They gave me a very fair price and way better than Pep Boys who were going to charge me 15 to 30 bucks just to change the light SMH.
This place is family owned and they were very friendly. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great Job! Remember to tell them Dan sent you and Stay Driving!

The other reviews don’t lie: this place is great.
I’ve desperately needed an oil change for about a week now, and every time I would go (or call) one of the big name tire stores, they always told me it’d take 2+ hours. Seriously! I was fed up with having to wait any longer, so I went to my trusted source — Unilocal — to find another place to get my oil changed. That’s how I stumbled upon Complete Auto Care. I pulled in and was on my way in well under an hour. These people are amazing. Plus, I feel good supporting a local business!
By the way, free WiFi in the lobby!

i have to agree with the other reviewers. A no-​nonsense auto care place in Broward County. I am so tired of the big chain oil change places and the constant add-​ons they push.
Will be going back again.

Great old fashioned service from a wonderful family business!
I was visiting my parents and used their car and realised it did not sound right and that they had not maintained the car. They just did what it needed for a very fair price and recommended new tires as the Florida sun causes dry rot. I explained that I was leaving that day and would like to get the tire changed that day and within five hours they ordered the tires I needed called me and installed them so I was able to catch my flight home knowing my parents were safe in their car. Thanks for the great service! I offered them a tip and they refused to take it!
