CrossFit Navigate Pompano Beach

Loved my workout there. I was visiting Fort Lauderdale for a day before going to Key West. I love exercising and was looking for a good place to workout. I’ve never done crossfit before, so I decided to give it a try. The guys Nate and Charley who ran the place are super nice. Class started with a warm up and then there was an intense workout. Every exercise was shown prior so that everyone could try it out before timed workout. They show you the right technique, watch your form and correct if needed. I felt accomplished after the class and pretty tired. If you want to get a good workout and change up your regular routine, this is a place to go.

While traveling to Pompano for work I dropped in to CrossFit Navigate in hopes of getting my feet under me after a long day of travel. The owners, Charley and Nate, were not only welcoming but the gyms atmosphere was unlike anything I have experienced at my local gym in NYC. Charley and Nate were quick to help me with form and of course encouraging motivation. I would highly encourage anyone in the area looking to start CrossFit to give Charley and Nate an opportunity to give you a unique CrossFit community based experience. I look forward to my next CrossFit Navigate Pompano Beach workout!!!

I have been to several «boxes» in my area and after walking into Crossfit Navigate I knew I made the best decision to stay here. There are many reasons why I love CFN. The coaches here are incredible! Coming from other gyms in the past I can tell you why. Anyone can just walk into a regular crossfit gym, take a look at the workout of the day on the whiteboard, do the workout with 30 other people in your class, and go home. Here, I feel like it is a very personal one on one. The class sizes are not too large that way you get the whole «personal training» feel. The coaches can always modify any movement and exercise for you. Its 100 percent crossfit but also with a lot of focus on overall wellness and safety which is very important! They also keep all of the equipment well maintained and clean! I’ve accomplished many things I never knew I could do because of the coaches and the well planned programming. They have an easy to manage App I use daily on my iPhone to look at the workout, sign into class, and keep track of my progress. Its incredible when I look back and see how much stronger I have become since joining CFN. I highly recommend giving Crossfit Navigate a try, everyone is very welcoming and encouraging to each other. I will forever be grateful that I found CFN!

If you’re looking for a fun place to meet people and get a great workout, CrossFit Navigate is the spot for you. Everyone at the box is friendly and very supportive. The workouts are always challenging but are always able to be scaled to whatever your ability is. CrossFit Navigate took my overweight and out of shape body and transformed it into a physically fit machine. My life in general has changed for the better and I will guarantee that yours will too if you come give CrossFit a try at CFN!

CrossFit Navigate is THE place for personal attention and workouts to whip you into shape. I seriously would never have thought CrossFit would be for me, but the results are amazing and its the atmosphere that hooked me. Small class size, convienient hours, great instruction and encouragement at whatever your fitness level, and great comraderie

I came to Navigate as a Crossfit newbie, anxious as to whether I could keep up or fit in. My concerns were immediately put to rest. Owners Charley and Nat have created a dynamic of challenging encouragement where every member is celebrated for their own accomplishments. Regardless of your fitness level, they (and the other members) offer energetic motivation and knowledge that have led us all to fitness success. Within a very short period of time, I started to notice a difference in my body. I’ve fallen in love with Crossfit… Navigate style!
