Dunkin’ Donuts

Extremely slow and horrible customer service. Waisted about 15 minutes attempting to go through the drive through and when the 2 car line wasn’t budging we decided to go inside were we stood behind an older woman trying to use her dd rewards for 5 minutes and even though a manager was standing right there she was rude to the old women and just looked at us, finished what she was doing at a separate register (something to do with applying an employee discount to a bag of coffee) and walked away. We ended up leaving because it was taking too long. Reminds mue why I’m still ok with paying extra for Starbucks.

I purchase a coffee today and it was very sour. I believe the milk was expired… I contacted the establishment and was treated like «pass the mayonnaise». Will never go there again. Now I understand why all my co workers hate this spot…

They never get what I order right. It’s always wrong or missing something. I’m tired of paying for food that I didn’t order or food that I’m not getting at all. Sadly, this is the only DD on my way otherwise I would avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible service… Don’t go here EVER! More concerned about ending their shift than helping customers. 2^nd time there and 2^nd time horrible service.

I visited this location on a Friday afternoon. Upon ordering my coffee the lady behind the counter insisted upon keeping my receipt so that she could complete my order. After getting my coffee order wrong I asked her nicely to please correct it and she told me then that I was being disrespectful, started yelling at me, and asked me to leave the store. I had to ask her for my money back and she refused to put it back on my card and gave me a wadded pile of singleswhen I ask to speak to the manager she told me that she was the manager and that there was no other business for me in the store. It’s safe to say I won’t be going back to that Dunkin’ Donuts and that the regional manager will be hearing from me

Dunkin Donut are famous for their name. But if the corporate don’t see how terrible their team are, the famous will be out the windows. This location are the worst service ever. I understand it’s early in the morning and you’re not a morning person but hello… You sign up for it. You fill out the Application, you agreed to what you sign up for. Slowest sunken donuts I have ever been to. And when I finally got my order she placed it in the counter closest to her side so I had to reach all the way across the counter for it. Very lazy.

Slowest place I have ever visited. I made a call to my bank and paid my bills while sitting in the drive through… and still my simple order was not ready… when we finally came to the window, they told us our order cannot be finished cause they don’t have the ingredients. No apology, nothing at all. Worst place ever!!!

Stopped by on my lunch break to get breakfast :) ordered the glazed stick and 2 wake up wraps. I’m full and happy. Back to work!

WTF is going on here? no one is at the drive thru window to take our order, we go inside, wait around, yell out hello, 3 female employees walk out of the men’s bathroom, acting stank and acting as if they just banged some meth or some other deliciousness. should have known then that they are capable of even messing up the most simple thing such as iced coffee.
