DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could give them no stars. I was obligated to use them for a warranty repair. Horrible customer service. After waiting over 1 week for an appt. (which we had confirmed with a case number) they didn’t show up that day claiming the appt. was the next day. The woman on the phone was absolutely the most horrible, rude person I’ve ever had to deal with in this capacity. The guy came the next day and took the TV. We were told that they WOULDN’T EVEN LOOK AT IT FOR 7 – 10 DAYS!!! More than two weeks went by and we finally got an appt. to have the TV returned. AGAIN, they didn’t come on the correct day claiming the appt. was the next day. AGAIN, the woman on the phone was absolutely the most horrible, rude person I’ve ever had to deal with. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our warranty company referred us to Electronics Laboratory for a warranty repair on our Samsung TV. It took over three weeks for them to order a part and finally schedule an in home repair. Liz Schatten was very rude to both me and my wife on the phone. The worst customer service you can imagine. When the tech finally came to our house with the part it was defective and he said they would have to reorder the part again! You can’t make this up… we finally got the warranty company to replace our TV with a new one. The bottom line is we should not have had to go through this in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I’m giving one star because there is no minus 1. This place takes forever to diagnose your electronic. Needless to say to fixed it. They promised to call you and never does. When You call them, there response is that they will call you at the end of the day. Don’t hold your breath. But if you don’t pick up your equipment two weeks after is ready they charge you $ 5.00 per day. So your equipment can be sitting in their place for a month and they don’t pay after two weeks because you don’t have your electronic back. Do yourself a favor don’t use this place.
