When visiting Festival Marketplace in Pompano beware of this vendor. The eyeglasses are different, unusual and exciting HOWEVER… service is POOR! I spent close $ 900 on eyeglasses they guaranteed and had a VERY difficult time having them keep their word on that guarantee. It took 4 months of back and forth, haggling, calling the manufacturer myself and FINALLY… they took them back and had them repaired. For that kind of money, reliable and courteous service should NEVER be an issue… The help is rude, verbally abusive and the only woman in there is a bully. I suggest you go to a reputable optician in a nice mall that really stands by their products and aren’t playing on you. Buyer beware! That discount, in the end, you may pay a lot extra in time and aggravation. And they prefer CASH… so just BEWARE!
