Honey Bunch

Working with Carole & her staff for Meghan & James’ Wedding was such a great experience. Honey Bunch decorated the church beautifully. We can’t wait to work with them again.

Do not order from this place, what was advertised on there website for $ 69.99 and what my client received was a $ 10 bunch of flowers in a cheap little vase. I called Honey Bunch they told me that what is on line is not always what you will receive and that Teleflora takes most of the money and they get hardly anything. The woman had a million excuses and told me to take it up with Teleflora. I called Teleflora and they told me they had nothing to do with this order as there orders numbers are different. I don’t have the luxury of the time to spend an hour on the phone and get nowhere. I have used this company 3 times, as I like to use local companies, but this is the first time I have actually seen the the arrangement, next time I will go to the local store and buy my vase and flowers there and hand deliver them, at least I would be embarrassed and known for sending cheap flowers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… My fiancé & I went in for a consultation for our upcoming wedding. this lady just assumed our budget was below of what she can offer. She was not helpfull in giving suggestions as I was open to ideas as I am not creative in this field. i felt like the scene from Pretty Women when Julia Roberts went to Rodeo Drive & she actually said with an undertone when i suggested i wanted orchids & she said «you do not want that, that’s too expensive» she just assumed I had a low budget… didnt even once ask me. omg how wrong she was… she didnt even give me other alternative or anything. i gave her 30 min to see if the consultation would turn around to something positive. but it did not. her work may be good, but she totally profiled us.& that alone was enough for us to go elsewhere…

Carole and her team were wonderful to work with. I had multiple florists tell me that my vision could not be attained with the budget we had. Upon meeting Carole, she assured me it was possible.
Carole’s attention to detail is unparalleled. She kept pictures of what I wanted on file, provided various bouquet sizes for me to try, and she even came with us to view the venue. Carole stayed in close touch with me throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was quick to respond to all calls/​emails and even reached out to me multiple times see how I was doing. Carole listened to all of my ideas and offered some helpful recommendations of her own. She was so kind to personally deliver a beautiful card to me the day of my wedding.
On the day of my wedding Honey Bunch showed up on time and everything was delivered and set up in their appropriate place. My bouquet, centerpieces and flower arrangements were everything I had dreamed of and more! My Maid of Honor and Bridesmaid were extremely pleased as well. Thank you Carole for the beautiful flowers you provided, I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Honey Bunch for anyone in need of a florist.

HORRIBLE. OK, I understand that Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day are the 2 biggest days of the year. But, my expectation as a consumer is that you would spend the other 363 preparing your business for the increased activity. My story starts this morning with me walking in to buy 2 dozen roses for my girlfriend. Her office is LITERALLY across the street. I was very clear in letting them know that my girlfriend gets off work at 4pm. Since I placed the order at 9am, and once again her office is LITERALLY across the street, there would not be a delivery problem. So by 3:55, when I didn’t get the «You’re the best boyfriend in the world call», I knew we had a problem. When I called Honey Bunch, there was a continuous stream of «We’re so busy… The truck broke down… The driver is on the way» excuses. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. Let’s see… Valentine’s Day ruined.

AMAZING… Carole did an EXCELLENT job on our wedding flowers and arrangements. I was very impressed on everything she did for us. Very detailed and communication was the greatest. I worked with her all the way from virginia, planning a wedding in Florida, and she worked with me through emails almost every week I heard from her. We traded pictures of our thoughts of what things should and will look like. I recommend her to anyone getting married and looking for a trust worthy florist. You will not regret using Honey Bunch. Thank you Carole for a beautiful wedding!
