Had a very uncomfortable experience today. There was tall, thin, brown hair male employee(his name might be Mario) who was speaking very rudely to a customer. From the start he had attitude and only got more intense. It was awkward and I felt horrible for the costumer. When I complained about his behavior they shrugged their shoulders like«that’s Mario». Not cool. Also this place is trashy! It always looks a mess and they are careless with the fabrics making it all look cheap.

I love going to Joann’s. I frequent these store twice a week. I wire wrap jewelry as a hobby and sell custom wraps through the store I work in. This Joann’s in particular seems to frequently be out of the wire I need, so that’s pretty fustrating. The layout of this store is a little confusing. I knit and crochet in my free time but the needles and hooks aren’t in the same section as the yarn! Otherwise, I love their selection, the fabric section is huge. The staff is pretty friendly and I’ll keep coming back.

I’m not the first to say it and I’m sure I won’t be the last. Terrible customer service. I was buying over $ 30 worth of fabric and the troll in fabric department refused to cut it more than once. When I asked why, she said that«if it’s wrong…» So apparently Jo Ann absolves their employees of any responsibility and/or critical thinking?(That policy must have been written in 1984.) It took longer to come up with some asinine retort than it would have to just cut the damn fabric. Oh and a smile at any point in the encounter would have been nice too. Looks like my next fabric order is coming from the Internet.

Planning a wedding isn’t an easy task to do! Jo-Ann has become my new best friend. I have been to the one in WPB, boynton beach and to the one in Coral Springs. The Coral Springs location is super close to home. I find myself visiting this location atleast once a week. They have great sales and coupons. Make sure to always check their website for coupons. I decided to make my own wedding invitations and I loved the variety of paper to choose from. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is the checkout line. I wish it was a speedy checkout but it takes a while. Especially when someone like me goes up there with 50 sheets of paper and they decide to scan one at a time. Lol Overall, if you are feeling crafty then check out this store. You will find what you need.

There is tons of fabrics, that is the huge plus and obvious reason of coming to this store. But there weren’t any employees around, and I can’t ever find what I need because there is no help to tell me where everything is. There are no signs letting me know what each isle contains. I really don’t want to have to walk the entire store and every lane to pick out what everything is. The worst part is that when I left I saw three of their employees on a cigarette break outside the store. Well, now I know where the employees were. Not good to only leave three people in the store and two of them are at set stations(register & fabric cutting).
