Maine Lobsters Seafood

I used to buy my seafood at this place when it was owned by the previous people for many years. it was awesome back then and they ran it well and accommodated everyone. then the new owner several years ago now took the reigns and i noticed a big difference, i no longer purchase from them and wish it had never changed hands. we purchased what was supposed to be a lobster cake however, it was filled with crab stick instead, no idea if lobster was in there but they filled it which is deceptive. also purchased live lobsters that i wanted from Maine and were told were from Maine but they were not, instead, got home and the tags read «canada», so after that I could tell the integrity was gone and time to move on with my business. what a shame, in the old days, this was an in demand place with lots of repeat customers, we loved it.

I ditto the other wonderful reviews. My husband is from the Italian Riviera near Portofino, so their Mediterranean diet included lots of fresh seafood. Our favorite Italian fish is branzino and we are thrilled to find it at a reasonable price at Maine Lobsters Seafood. The people working at the market are all incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The seafood is fresh, beautiful, and reasonably priced.

What a great find. I’ve driven by this place a bunch and wow what a great, knowledgeable owner and incredibly good and well priced seafood. He let me sample items and helped me at length with how to open raw clams. I will be back. This goes on the list with Broward Meat and Fish and Delaware Chicken Farm for where to get great local seafood at great prices.
