Mattress Firm Lighthouse Point

We were sold a USED mattress as «new» that reeks like cigarettes and sags in middle!!! No one informed us when purchasing that we would be receiving a USED bed just because it was on «clearance».

I never write reviews but when I had such a great experience I felt inclined to do so. After being sold a mattress from another place that misrepresented itself, I was desperate to find a mattress so I could finally get a good night sleep. I walked into Mattress Firm and was greeted by Demetrius and Jason. Never in my entire life have I ever experienced this level of customer service. I am a consumer, I buy things everyday and am use to getting mediocre Customer service at best. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Demetrius was our sales person but Jason stayed and supported him till we finalized our decision. Together they make a great team and were so knowledgeable. We didn’t know that we walked in when they were closing but instead of rushing us out they welcomed us and worked with us never hinting that it was time to go. We didn’t leave until 8:30pm on a Sunday night, 2 ½ hours after their closing time. They far exceeded any expectations I had walking in. They took the time to answer all of our questions and find a mattress to best fit both mine and my finances size and sleep patterns. They went beyond doing just their jobs because they truly cared and made it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Demetrius and Jason, your hard work does not go unnoticed, we are truly grateful for the time you took to ensure that we have a better night sleep. Went in looking for a mattress on a very strict budget. Jason showed me a few mattresses in my budget and a few just above it. He told me he would crunch some numbers for me and got me a great deal on the exact mattress I wanted. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

I ordered a mattress on line from Mattress Giants at a very low price. The mattress is terrible, you get what you pay for. I’m sure they have better mattresses, but please stay away from this one…

Small joint with a decent selection of beds. The salesman was very informative and friendly. Prices seemed pretty solid. We were in there just to buy a trundle mattress, so we were pleased with the price we got it for.
Looked at the higher end stuff for a possible bedroom overhaul in the future and the prices seemed in line with the online ones, so that was promising.
If you have to go to the mattresses, this is a place to get them.
