Mixin Green

This is the best pest control service I’ve ever used. I’ve been having ant problems in my bathroom for as long as I can remember and have had 2 different pest control companies come over and «spray». The ants are gone for a couple of days but then they end up coming back. I had Steve from Mixin Green come over a few weeks ago and the ants are still gone! He doesn’t just come over and spray, he explains in details the types of products he uses, (all organic products by the way) and the root of the problem. I really liked their services and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family members who might need pest control. I also signed up for the yearly contract, which is great because I don’t have to keep reminding myself to call him, he will just schedule me and show up when he knows I’m due for another visit! Loving this!

CONSUMERS BEWARE. Dislike even having to give one star. I had a minor ant problem (ghost ants) in the kitchen to which I called Mixin Green. Steve came and sprayed inside and outside the home for ants. He pressured me to sign a service agreement to which I obliged as he seemed like a nice guy. A couple days went by, then weeks went by with the ants still present. Concerned, I called Steve to come and respray to which he stated that two weeks wasn’t enough time for the spray to infiltrate. So, again, I obliged, and waited another couple weeks for the ants to dissipate; two months went by and still no resolution. Finally, I asked Steve to please fix the ant issue or refund the money; he refused. He suggested I contact another bug guy as he was dropping clients due to his limited schedule: Monday — Friday 8:30−3pm. Again, I tried to accommodate his schedule as I had already paid for the service but he refused and again told me that he would not be coming back. His customer service was extremely disappointing.
BEWARE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. HIS PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE AS WELL. CHARGED ME $ 65 per quarter. SE PEST CONTROL IS A BETTER OPTION. PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, TIMELY, WORKS WITH YOU AND $ 60 per quarter.
