Mozzarita makes the very best buffalo mozzarella you will find in South Florida! This is not your typical grocery store cheese. It’s creamy and flavorful and the best for some insalata caprese where the mozzarella is the star. I pick mine up at the Parkland Farmer’s Market in season and have to suffer in the off-​season.

Mozzarita sells cheese at the Hollywood Farmer’s Market on the weekends. I decided to make my own Caprese sandwiches with the local incredients found at the market, so I picked up some Mozzarita. Was very pleased with the quality of the mozzarella and quite frankly one of the best caprese sandwiches you’ll have, if you ask what kind of mozz will make the best caprese sandwich. Will become a staple for future caprese and mozzarella recipes.
